To provide a platform where all participating professional body members can raise their concerns about corruption and intimidation

To educate members of participating professional bodies by providing practical advice, support and guidance to those who are being threatened or who require assistance to make disclosures responsibly

To act in concert and to develop joint representation to government or governmental bodies on legislation or policies that affect the interests or well-being of the members of participating professional bodies, and similarly to other public institutions and bodies, with a view to creating a more enabling environment for members and others to blow the whistle on corruption

To take, wherever possible in those areas which have been identified as being of common concern to the members of the Forum from time to time, such action as to enable the members to achieve a common position

To be a collective professional voice making pronouncements on the state of governance in the country and make recommendations to improve accountability within the public and private sectors
