applying for a position at the same company where Bruno, his father, had worked for many years. Cesare had graduated with honors and received his Masters certification from Superior Technical School and despite also having the necessary work experience for the position the HR personnel manager decided to hire his inexperienced nephew instead…

Though much time has passed, Bruno Levita still re-members that moment and those words with a smile. “What else could I have done but hand in my resigna-tion..? My wife and I had always instilled that a good school and work ethic would always be rewarded. I knew that it wasn’t going to be easy but I wanted to be true to my word and since Cesare had always been an enterprising son who constantly spoke about starting our own business, something in me knew that the time was right.
