CoilsEMW has over 100,000 t of input material in stock in an
area measuring 32,000 m2. Almost all standard market
grades are constantly available for delivery; mainly hot-dip
and electrolytically galvanized, warm and cold-rolled
and hot-dip aluminised. High-quality automobile grades,
high-tensile steels and grades for enamelling are particular
EMW specialities. All are available in widths of up to 1,850
mm, thicknesses up to 4.50 mm and coil weights of up
to 32 t. This extensive assortment and the vast storage
capacity are benefits our customers profit from.
Slit stripsAs a matter of tradition, EMW operations are based on
advanced production technology and the highest
quality standards. Slit strips and trimmed wide strips in
various finishes are produced on state-of-the-art facilities.
The finest tolerances, cleanly cut edges and extremely
smooth surfaces characterise all our products.
The strips are loaded according to your specifications;
flat or upright for subsequent handling by crane or
fork-lift truck. Here too, EMW shows its unbeatable
flexibility.
Cut-to-size blanks/sheetsCut-to size blanks and sheets are among our core com-
petencies, with a delivery range covering thicknesses from
0.40 mm, widths of up to 1,850 mm and lengths up to
6,000 mm. Advanced cutting centres cut blanks of various
surface finishes from coils or sheets with precision and
reliability. CNC controlled facilities guarantee maximum
efficiency and accuracy. We can supply any dimension
in the specified grades in the shortest possible delivery
time.
Apart from the usual stock sizes, we also have a great
number of different ready-made blanks ranging from
0.40 - 3.00 mm in thickness, and in all grades.
Alternatively, EMW can tell you the coil widths available
and you can specify the sheet lengths.

Mild grades – cold-rolled flat products of mild steels for cold forming DIN EN 10130 : 2007
1) For products with no clear yield point, the values for the 0.2 % elongation limit (Rp0,2), are taken as those for the yield point. For other products, those for the lower yield point (ReL) apply. For thicknesses of ≤ 0.70 mm, but > 0.50 mm, a 20 MPa higher maximum yield point value is permissible. For thicknesses ≤ 0.50 mm, a higher maximum yield point value of 40 MPa is permissible.2) For thicknesses of ≤ 0.70 mm, but > 0.50 mm, the minimum values for fracture elongation are reduced by 2 units, for thicknesses of ≤ 0.50 mm by 4 units.3) The r90- and n90-values only apply for product thicknesses of > 0.50 mm.4) For thickness > 2 mm, the r90-value is reduced by 0.2.

Enamelling grades – rolled flat products of mild steels for enamelling acc. to DIN EN 10209 : 2013
1) If the yield point is not pronounced, the values apply for the 0.2 % elongation limit (Rp0,2), if pronounced, the values apply to the lower yield point (ReL) apply. For thicknesses of ≤ 0.70 mm, but > 0.50 mm, a minimum value for fracture elongation of 2 units lower is permissible, and of 4 units lower for thicknesses ≤ 0.50 mm.2) For thicknesses of ≤ 0.70 mm, but > 0.50 mm, a minimum value for fracture elongation of 2 units lower is permissible, and of 4 units lower for thicknesses ≤ 0.50 mm.3) The r-values only apply for product thicknesses > 0.50 mm. For thicknesses > 2 mm, the r-value is reduced by 0.2.4) For thicknesses > 0.50 mm, the yield point may only reach a maximum of 225 N/mm2.5) The steel grades DC03ED and DC04ED are usually decarburized in the solid phase. After decarburization, analysis must only show a maximum carbon content of 0.004 %.6) If specified by the customer, steel grade DC04EK can be supplied in thicknesses of 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm with Re < 210 N/mm2 and A80 ≥ 38 %. It then remains for the manufacturer to select the surface roughness values for a dull matt finish.

Soft grades – electrolytically galvanized cold-rolled flat products of steel DIN EN 10152 : 2017
For thicknesses ≤ 0.50 mm, a higher maximum yield point value of 40 MPa is permissible.2) For thicknesses of ≤ 0.70 mm, but > 0.50 mm, the minimum values for fracture elongation are reduced by 2 units, for thicknesses of ≤ 0.50 mm by 4 units.3) The r90- and n90-value, determined in acc. with 7.5.2.3, only apply for product thicknesses of > 0.50 mm.4) For thickness > 2 mm, the r90-value sis reduced by 0.2.

specialists for the development, manufacture and sale
of fine steel sheet and stainless steel products. Constant

can provide the coils, slit strips, cut-to-size sheets and circular
blanks required for further processing in very high quality
and at very short notice.
SCHÄFER Perforated Metal supply a broad and rapidly
available range of high-quality perforated plates and
sheets for all sectors and application fields.
SCHÄFER Container Systems is one of the world‘s leading
suppliers of reusable stainless steel beverage containers
for beer, wine and soft drinks, as well as for IBCs and special
containers for solid and liquid substances and granulates.

manufactures customised punched and bent parts, machine
cladding, special and standard housing solutions in metal.
