They form the assembly of those who through faith and Baptism have become children of God, members of Christ, and temples of the Holy Spirit…

Greek term, ekklesia which means an assembly of those whom God has called forth to be his people and to do his will

Other Christians do not profess the entirety of the Catholic faith or have not preserved communion with Rome.
