Summer Sunday School is in full swing. This is a time when we

give our Sunday School teachers a much-needed break. All preschoolers meet in one class; all elementary-aged students meet in one class; and the Youth meet in the Fellowship Hall with the Living the Faith Adult class. We need volunteers to help with these classes. Please let Jill-Marie know if you are available for a week or two.

Mission Encounter ~ July 28-29 Mission Encounter is sponsored by the VA Conference Missional Ministries Board and the VA Conference UMW. This event offers an exciting weekend mission education experience for adults (clergy and laity), with classes offered on climate justice, living as a covenant community, and the missionary conference of the UMC (you choose the topic). This event will be held at Bon Air UMC in Chesterfield, VA. Call Gail Sutcliffe (703-490-3381) with questions.
