TJ Tamer Central Intelligence - High school was rough for Bob Stone (Dwayne Johnson) he was bullied mercilessly, except for one person Calvin Joyner (Kevin Hart). Years later Calvin is working as an accountant and Bob is in the CIA. Bob has grown up, bulked up, and does not like bullies. Once Calvin gets sucked into the spy game the two old friends will have to solve the puzzle to save their lives. This buddy comedy is hilarious. There were moments when myself, and the whole theater, literally lol'd (laughed out loud). There is some crude humor, male backsides, language and violence that parents should be aware of before taking their young children. If you are a fan of Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) and Kevin Hart then you will absolutely love this movie. Rated PG-13 for crude and suggestive humor, some nudity, action violence and brief strong language. In my opinion this buddy comedy is one of the funniest I have ever seen. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5 tickets. The Conjuring 2 - The Warrens are back in this bone-chilling sequel of The Conjuring. This film loosely follows a real life case of a demonic possession in London which terrorizes the Hodgson family for weeks before they find help. The Warrens agree to help the distraught family and are brought into something so strong and evil it can only be compared to their Amityville case which they had prior. After many failed attempts to cast the evil spirit out of the household this family calls home, the demon sets its sight on the Warrens and is terrifying enough to make them second guess if it is something they should be messing with. This film has a running time of two hours and fourteen minutes and is rated R for language, violence, and its overall demonic and scary plotline. The Conjuring 2 kept me on the edge of my seat and as a thrill seeker I thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend this film to anyone who enjoys suspense, plot twists, and a good jolt of fear every once in a while. This film was much better than its predecessor and I give it a 4.3 out of 5.
