Managing biomed operations and ultrasound equipment is not as simple as it seems. As you know first hand, every thing you do matters. For patients, caregivers, and your career.

While working for Acuson/Siemen’s ultrasound division for 15 years, I saw daily what happened to caregivers, facilities and even purchasers when ultrasound operations were down. So we decided to make a change. With my wife Jean, I opened Conquest Imaging with the ultimate goal of becoming the difference needed to serve the diagnostic needs of patients, quickly, accurately, and efficiently, 24/7. Conquest Imaging now employs over 50 people, serves hundreds of health care facilities nationwide, and leads the industry for innovation and excellence in ultrasound parts, service, response, training and efficiencies.

Straight Repair Once we receive your probe, we will assess and send you a quote. Once approved we will repair and return fully operable.

Loaner Repair Send us your probe. On the same day we send you a loaner until your repair is complete.

Exchange Exchange your damaged probe for a fully guarenteed, reconditioned probe.

Preventative MaintenanceThe best way to prevent downtime is frequent testing and maintenance services. We do this as needed or through one of our service programs which bundle preventative care options at discounted prices. We fully stock certified parts so we have them the same day you call us.
