Hello everyone. I hope this finds you doing well.
Lend a hand to an Elderly person. If you were their
age you would ask for a hand to take out the trash.
Something simple. Do it. It means more to help those
who need help. I am firmly against taking money from those who need it. That might be
why you hear rumors that ’cheap’ help is ’cheap’. Stand behind what you do or say. I’ve
heard my share of guys bidding jobs, only to leave unfinished or even raise the dollar
amount to complete it. That is ‘dirty tactics’ unless you visually see what they are show-
ing you, what is wrong and what made it up the estimate? Get your paperwork. The next
guy in will cost more to fix other’s work.
It’s like, I trusted (a so-called) friend for my engine broke down. He says,’take it to my
guy’, ‘my guy can do it ALL’. So, since you haven’t seen me around town or at the local
shows I participated in, it’s because I trusted someone who isn’t trustworthy. Guy ordered
wrong parts, made engine run unbalanced and ruined it. Guess what? My friend? Made
money off of me all the while his ass-mechanic put wrong parts for engine in my car. He
refused to hand me any paperwork for what he said he did. Obviously, he told his Boss a
different tale. Again, more attorney fees. BBB
Just call me, I’ll tell you the name and the business to stay away from.
That was only a few thousand dollars. How do I have extra parts to sell? Cause he is a
dumbass. Stay with Chevy, cause you obviously know NOTHING about MOPAR. This
business is outside Walton county. I only speak truth when I am done wrong. Just like
you, you tell all your people about your BAD EXPERIENCE from a restaurant or a hair
dresser. Do you really think those stars are there for rating? The owners make up they
own good words. Deceitful people in life. I know they are still as of today.
I will vent this time about something many of you have read about, heard about, know
about the neighbors vs neighbors. Of the 8 cases still pending. I am proud to say that fi-
nally after 10 long miserable years the Horns have intruded upon myself, my family and
friends. This is ‘Cedar Jim’, Land Clearing Jim, aka: Yard Sale that never ends Man.
Yes, every reader and most of ALL the county Officials know of him. NOW for sure!
Since it is now Public Record. He was found guilty of all I stated in this newspa-
per for years. After all the times the police should have showed him, he is not above the
Law, period. He dances illegally with code Enforcement still today. He devalues sur-
rounding homes for his desire to be on everyone’s land. Junking it up, then shuffle off
somewhere else. Harassment, stalking, noise nuisance, predatory pedophile type of per-
son, got caught peeping my girls bedroom. Police say we need to see it? Screw that, I
took it to the top myself. NOT ONE PERSON in the justice system, we deal with daily,
publicly offered any assurance that this has to stop. The endless yard sales attract anyone
near your home and children. I’ve caught plenty snooping, like JIM HORN too. Almost
every day for at least 10 years played cat-n– mouse with enforcement. Well, with the
papers we furnished, the witnesses themselves stating what they have seen as they enter
our road. All hours day or night. Out of town guests, saw him starring in on us.
He’s even tried to run me off the road in Black creek, lies, says he didn’t. I now carry a
Go-Pro. Cops show up after the fact. What evidence do you show if video and photos
aren’t acceptable to them to do anything about it? We been through too much for far way
too long. Thanks to Judge WELLS, the man saw right thru JIM HORN and his fake
documents and BS. So, we have an injunction from him, his wife, and any other person
who knows him not to mess with me, my family. NO ONE. Don’t think the 1yr. Is
enough. We intend on continuing our fight for the right to live in Peace, until I die. This is
your PUBLIC warning, writing in helps, planning helps. JUDGE RULED. Stalker Jim

Planning commissioners could face
Sunshine Law violations
An effort to remove Suzanne Harris from the Walton County
Planning Commission Board appears to have backfired.
While Harris remains on the board, fellow member Tom
Terrell is being accused by some of violating the Sunshine
Law by polling fellow board members through an intermedi-
ary.
Bob Hudson, who attended the Oct. 8 Planning Commission
meeting, said he will “absolutely” present evidence of the
suspected violation to the State Attorney’s Office Tuesday.
Hudson and others claim Terrell had former planning board
member Randy Gardner call at least three planning commis-
sioners to ask whether they would vote to oust Harris.
Terrell denied the charge. “I don’t want to see anyone off the
Planning Commission,” he said.
The three commissioners allegedly polled — David Kramer,
Lee Perry and Tom Patton — all confirmed Monday having
received phone calls from Gardner prior to the Oct. 8 meet-
ing. They acknowledged the same thing when asked by Har-
ris during the meeting in question.
An obscure board policy calls for removing a board member
if that member misses any two of three consecutive meetings
without prior approval of the chairman. Harris missed meet-
ings in April and May. Harris said she had heard prior to the
meeting that a move was afoot to use the attendance policy
to remove her from the Planning Commission board.
Several in attendance on the night of the meeting, including
Hudson, were also apparently aware of political maneuvering
by board members. Afterward, they were quick to call for
Terrell’s head. “Mr. Terrell used an intermediary recently to
poll at least three other members of the Planning Commis-
sion ... in my opinion flagrantly violating the Sunshine Law,”
Don Riley, vice president of the Walton County Tax-payer’s
Association, said in an email to the Walton County Commis-
sion.
Harris said if what she’s been told occurred between Gardner
and Terrell actually occurred, she’s certain the Sunshine Law
was violated. “It sure looks funny,” she said. County Com-
mission Chairman Bill Imfeld, who reappointed Terrell to
the Planning Commission, said it is not his place as a com-
missioner to take action in the event of a Sunshine Law vio-
lation. “If it’s Sunshine, it needs to go to the Ethics Commis-
sion,” Imfeld said. Though Terrell denies having used Gard-
ner to poll fellow commissioners – Gardner wasn’t available
for comment on this article – Riley and others say the evi-
dence he did so is solid. If that is the case, then it is likely the
Sunshine Law was indeed violated, according to Barbara
Petersen, president of Florida’s First Amendment Founda-
tion.
The Sunshine Law will apply to meetings between a member
of the commission and a non-commission member, including
a private citizen, when that person is being used as a liaison
between members of the commission to relay in-formation
from commissioner to commissioner,” Petersen said.
Teddy Stewart, the chairman of the Planning Commission,
said he did not believe a Sunshine Law violation had been
committed Oct. 8.
He added though that the ruckus created after he, not Terrell,
brought up the topic of Harris’s attendance and called for her
removal had angered him.
“That anyone would call and poll people surprised me. I was
quite upset by it,” he said. Ultimately, the board voted to
clarify its policies regarding board member absences and act
on those policies as needed in the future.
You can view the Oct. 8 meeting on their web page.
How would you feel if you lived there?
What would you do, honestly.
Hamas cleric and TV host Sheikh Iyad Abu
Funun delivers a sinister message, swearing on
the Koran that the entire Land of Israel will be
wiped completely clean of all Jews.
The anti-Israel rhetoric from Hamas and Palestinian
leaders has increased and is the main problem
responsible for the current wave of terror.
This conflict is not about the 1967 cease-fire
lines as many Europeans and Americans, including
President Obama, seem to think. This conflict is not
about land either as many have been led to believe.
Rather, this conflict is about the Palestinian desire
to kill every Jew living in Israel.
As such, Hamas is using the increased terror to
capitalize on its horrific goal, inciting further
terrorism, resulting in additional attacks that have
been plaguing Israel.
Perhaps the time has come for Israel to perma-
nently eliminate the threat of Hamas. It is clear that
they do not want to make peace with Israel.

NEWS. We are staying focused on our own
govt. problems, here in Walton county. Don’t think
what is happening across our country doesn’t nor
will not affect us. We are a NATION of 1. The

become the enemy of many. Not Good for us.
We are not some political camp blindly advocating
an agenda by following a pre-set list of bullet
points. Instead, we let individuals voice their
opinions and back them with facts and logical
reasoning. Daily, you'll be receiving our political
forum digest with the latest hottest news, analysis,
discussions and some things the media simply
won't report to you.
Here are just some of the things being uncovered
on One Political Plaza right now:
• What hurts the economy more: the welfare or the
defense spending? (The answer isn't what you
thought. I guarantee it.)
• Do immigrants bring more money into the
economy by being consumers or do they send more
"back home"? (We have some hard numbers
posted.) • Why do politicians lie? You hear people
always say that politicians are all crooks. But why
is that? Why can't there be more honest politicians?
Or can there? (This will surprise you, as it surprised
me when I found out.)
• Is the minimum wage all about the union con-
tracts or about actually helping those at the bottom?
Does it actually help? (This will definitely change
your mind about the issue.)
• Furthering LGBT equality rights through lawsuits
to the point of forcing businesses to serve against
their beliefs. Does that violate the rights of business
owners? Or does the notion of equality trump it all?
• Will Obamacare actually solve the healthcare
problem in the long run, or is just a fad that will be
reversed eventually? (Some interesting arguments
in favor of one of the sides. Something you proba-
bly haven't considered.) It's all completely FREE!
First Wheelchair Swing Installed at
Wee Care Park - SO/WCBCC Joint
Project
First Wheelchair Swing Installed at Wee Care Park
The fulfillment of an idea born at the Sheriff’s Office is
brought to fruition with the help of the hard working
employees at Walton County Parks and Recreation. The
first of five wheelchair swings is in the process of being
installed at Wee Care Park in DeFuniak Springs this
week. The foundation is being put in place this morning
and concrete will be poured Wednesday.
The birth of the idea came from Sheriff Michael Adkin-
son himself at an executive staff meeting at his office in
DeFuniak Springs and has been carried out by Major
Brian Schultz, Tammy Godwin, Captain Michael
Gainey, Lieutenant Oscar Jiggetts, and all the staff at the
Walton County Jail including inmates.
“This was something I had to do,” said Sheriff Adkin-
son. “Kids with handicaps should not be kept from par-
ticipating at play grounds just like other children. This
now levels the playing field for them.”
Money raised for the swings totals $12,000 and has
come from anonymous donors, fundraising, and with the
help of County Commissioners Bill Chapman and Sara
Comander. Commissioner’s Chapman and Comander
both dedicated $5,000 each from their district’s recrea-
tional plat fees for the project, which are used to im-
prove parks and recreation throughout the County.
“We are glad to see the first one going up,” said Major
Schultz. “We are really excited for the remaining four.
This has been a project that is the result of great team-
work and dedication.”
These wheelchair accessible swings are specially de-
signed to accommodate both adult and juvenile wheel-
chairs, even motorized wheel chairs.
"No longer do children confined to a wheelchair have to
sit on the sidelines,” said Sheriff Adkinson.
Wheelchair swings will be located at Wee Care Park,
Hammock Bay, Gene Hurley, Paxton, and Helen McCall
parks.

Walton County GIS Map Voted Favorite Digital
Map by Northwest Florida GIS User Group
In conjunction with the Northwest Florida GIS User
Group spring meeting, the GIS Online program
hosted an online competition to showcase local GIS
digital projects. Winners were announced at the
NWF GIS User Group meeting. The Walton County
GIS Public Planning Map, submitted by GIS Analyst
Michelle Wilson, was named favorite digital media
map submittal by the GIS User Group.
“The interactive map submitted for the digital media
competition is the result of a department team ef-
fort,” said Wilson. “All GIS Department personnel
have been instrumental in the creation and deploy-
ment of the Public Planning map.”
Ms. Wilson and the Walton County GIS Department
were presented with Certificates of Participation for
the Digital media competition from the Northwest
Florida GIS Users.
The winning submittal was as follows:
Michelle Wilson, MHR, GISP - Walton County
BOCC, GIS Department
The Walton County Planning and Development Ser-
vices Department receives an astronomical amount
of calls on a daily basis from the public wanting to
know if specific parcels are designated a certain zon-
ing, what the designated zoning means, and if the
parcel is in special designation area, such as flood
zone or wildlife. The Public Planning Web Map is
designed to alleviate some of these calls by empow-
ering the public. It is recommended on the dis-
claimer page to refer to the “How Do I?” brochure to
get started (http://fl-waltoncounty.civicplus.com/

Recovering from addiction or alcoholism is a difficult and lifelong com-
mitment. Of course, the first step in recovery is getting help – whether
with 12-step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics
Anonymous or through a treatment center. Once you’ve made up your
mind to quit and have sought treatment, you can also enlist your smart
phone in your efforts to get and stay sober.
Here are a few of the apps designed to aid in addiction recovery:
Step Away (iOS). Produced with support from the NIH’s National Insti-
tute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, this free iPhone app has shown
promise in a pilot study, helping users to cut in half the number of
drinks they consumed each day. As far as we can tell, it’s one of the
very few apps with some research to back its effectiveness (another, A-
CHESS, shows great promise but is not widely available yet).
“Much like a personal coach or sponsor, the app helps [users] gain in-
sight into their alcohol problem and teaches them skills they can use to
manage problems, such as alcohol cravings, anxiety and moving away
from a drinking lifestyle,” writes imedicalapps.com’s Steven Chan, MD,
a resident physician in psychiatry & human behavior at the University
of California, Davis School of Medicine.
When you get a craving, you can record it and review strategies to over-
come it. Step Away also lets you designate high-risk locations, where
you feel you might be tempted to drink. And the app can help you con-
nect with people you have designated as supportive.
The 12 Steps AA Companion app ($ 1.99 for Android, $ 2.99 for iOS)
is another excellent app option. It includes a sobriety counter to keep
track of the number of days you’ve stayed sober. It also contains the Big
Book, the basic AA text, and a meeting finder to help you connect with
others when you feel the need, no matter where you are.
The MORE Field Guide to Life (Android and Apple – both $ 7.99)
Based on the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation’s My Ongoing Recovery
Experience (MORE) addiction treatment program, the app offers daily
guidance and weekly challenges to help keep you motivated, while its
support network feature connects you with your sponsor at the push of a
button. There’s also a version designed for young people ages 12 to 25,
My Sober Life (Android and iOS).
ARE your KIDS STRESSED? Bad behavior is a sign
#BlackLivesMatter holds armed
demonstration in Birmingham Al. Black Lives Matter activists held an armed demonstration in Birmingham, AL.
The event was organized by Avee-Ashanti Shabazz and Mercutio Southall, who
are the founders of Black Lives Matter Birmingham. One man brandished a
Kalashnikov rifle with a folded stock, while wearing a t-shirt that said “Stop A
Police Plan.” Others brandished shotguns.
They say the event was to oppose “police terror” and educate the black commu-
nity about their rights.
The Black Lives Matter movement has a clear history of violence, so the pres-
ence of men brandishing guns in the ready position is cause for alarm. Last
month a prominent Black Lives Matter activist murdered a police officer in cold
blood. In the past few months, white victims have been attacked at random at
Black Lives Matter demonstrations in Charlotte, NC and St., Louis. In Berkely,
a man has been arrested for attacking a white male with a hammer at a Black
Lives Matter demonstration last year. The women who founded Black Lives
Matter say they were inspired by Assata Shakur, the number one most wanted
female terrorist by the FBI.
Here are the “100,000 bikers” at the Nation of Islam rally. There are
no actual pictures from this event posted
except for this photo. So, it means that a
mere 200 people or more showed up
thinking they were going to raise some
Hell? Many “mainstream” media out-
lets gave the Nation of Islam rally posi-
tive press. Ignoring the violent history and
incendiary rhetoric of the group.
Both the “mainstream” media and social media are full of pictures that
are actually twenty years old. Instead of showing pictures of the crowd
at the Justice or Else rally, most are posting twenty year old crowd
shots from the Million Man March. In many cases, crowd shots from
the 1995 rally are being passed off as pictures of the 2015 rally. Farrakhan’s “100,000 black bikers” did not amount to anything. It ap-
pears that only very small numbers of bikers showed up. Many are
crediting this website with causing a black owned
Harley Davidson dealership in DC to pull their sponsor-
ship of the rally. More than 1 million Motorcyclists
flooded the March of Blacks. They were afraid that the
sheer number of motorcyclists. If that’s what we need to
do, then Let’s do it.
Harley Davidson of DC was originally the rally point
for bikers attending the Nation of Islam event. They
were forced to move to a new location. They were
greeted by member’s of Louis Farrakhan’s “Fruit of
Islam” and a lot of wide open space.
Some on twitter joked that more people arrived at
the event by bicycle than by
motorcycle. A few black celebrities did at-
tend including Snoop Dogg,
Dave Chapelle, and J Cole. It
appears that Snoop Dogg was
part of the Nation of Islam’s
inner circle at the event. During
the rally, Louis Farrakhan said
God is about to punish white
America. He called for a new
homeland for black Americans.

Greetings from the Mayor’s Office…..
Fall is definitely in the air and is a
refreshing change of the weather!
The city council has been very busy implementing pro-
jects for our new fiscal year and works are underway with
the transformation of the Freeport Regional Sports Com-
plex to bring it back up to par- this is a process which will
take several months, so we ask that you be patient with us
on this particular project as we go through this transforma-
tion. We have hired a new Utility Director for the city and
she will begin working with us around November 16th, so
we are looking forward to having her on board with her
expertise which will help us move forward with the growth
of Freeport. We are still looking to fill the Staff Accountant
and Billing Clerk positions but, hopefully these too will be
filled in the very near future. We will also begin taking
applications to fill the city clerk position, as we are losing
Gary Mattison in the very near future, announcements will
be coming soon for the job description of this position. The
Community Center is being completed on the outside this

Federal court tells the DEA to stop harassing medical mari-
juana providers In a scathing decision, a federal court in California has ruled that the Drug Enforcement Admini-
stration's interpretation of a recent medical marijuana bill "defies language and logic," "tortures the
plain meaning of the statute" and is "at odds with fundamental notions of the rule of law." The
ruling could have a broad impact on the DEA's ability to prosecute federal medical marijuana cases
going forward.
At issue is the Rohrabacher-Farr amendment to last year's government spending bill. The amend-
ment lists the states that have medical marijuana laws, and mandates that the Justice Department is
barred from using federal funds to "prevent such States from implementing their own State laws
that authorize the use, distribution, possession, or cultivation of medical marijuana." Pretty straight-
forward, right?
When the legislation was passed, advocates and lawmakers on both sides of the issue agreed that
the bill basically prevented the DEA from going after medical marijuana dispensaries, provided
that such dispensaries were acting in compliance with state law. The DEA, however, didn't see it
that way. In a leaked memo, the Justice Department contended that the amendment only prevents
actions against actual states -- not against the individuals or businesses or business that actually
carry out marijuana laws. In their interpretation, the bill still allowed them to pursue criminal and
civil actions against medical marijuana businesses and the patients who patronized them.
[The government is stifling medical marijuana research, major think tank declares]
The DoJ's reading of the amendment infuriated its sponsors. They called for an investigation into
the Department of Justice's "tortuous twisting of the text" of the
bill, saying it violated common sense. Yesterday, judge Charles
Breyer of the U.S. district court in northern California agreed.
Breyer goes through the arguments against the DoJ's case, referring
to the floor debate as well as the plain language of the bill. But,
"having no substantive response or evidence, the Government sim-
ply asserts that it 'need not delve into legislative history here' be-
cause the meaning of the statute is clearly in its favor," Breyer
writes. "The Court disagrees." He called the DoJ's interpretation of
the amendment "counterintuitive and opportunistic."

Iran has revealed that underground ballistic
missile facilities are hidden throughout the
country, just days after it conducted a ballistic
missile test in possible violation of UN Security
Council resolutions.
Underground ballistic missile launchers are
spread throughout Iran, according to images pub-
lished by the country’s semi-official news
agency. The revelation comes just days after Iran
tested a new long-range, precision-guided ballis-
tic missile, the Emad, possibly in violation of UN
sanctions.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aero-
space Force released images of an underground
facility buried 500 meters under a mountain. The
facility houses the long-rage Qadr and Shahab
ballistic missiles. The IRGC noted that there are
numerous such facilities throughout the country,
although no specific number was given.
Just days before, Iran tested the Emad ballistic
missile, possibly in violation UN Security Coun-
cil Resolution 1929. “This missile which has been
fully designed and made by Iranian Defense Min-
istry’s scientists and experts is the country’ first
long-range missile with navigation and strike-
controlling capability; it is capable of hitting and
destroying the targets with high-precision,” Ira-
nian Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein
Dehqan told reporters after the test.
The ballistic missile program is one of Iran’s top
military development priorities. Iran claims that
the program is defensive, but regional states do
not believe it. The country’s current arsenal is
capable of hitting at least 2,000 km away, placing
Israel, the Arab Gulf states, and much of Europe
within firing range. Iran has provided missiles to
Hezbollah for use against Israel. There are indica-
tions that the Gulf states are interested in purchas-
ing Israel’s Iron Dome system to provide missile
defense.

Talk of the Town By Sara Bowers
DeFuniak Springs City Manager
The City of DeFuniak Springs has been selected to participate in the
Competitive Florida Grant program that will provide support in creat-
ing an economic development strategy. Part of developing this strat-
egy is for the community to map their strengths and identify what
makes them unique in order to target economic development opportu-
nities and improvements that fit within this character. This process is
called asset mapping and public participation will be needed in order
to provide complete, comprehensive information.
Upon completion of identifying the community’s assets, top assets
with the most untapped potential will be identified and practical sug-
gestions on how those assets can be utilized to improve quality of life
and/or economic gain will be discussed. So please get involved in
this process and look for meeting information in order to assist in this
important community endeavor!
October 1st marked the beginning of the city’s 2015-2016 budget.
Provided in this budget is the purchase of equipment in various city
departments to help provide services to our citizens and utility cus-
tomers. The purchase of a paver is one item provided in the budget;
and this coupled with the purchase of an asphalt compactor in the
2014-2015 budget will enable the city to provide in-house paving on
small paving projects. This will equate to repair savings when water
main repairs require cutting the road.
Also included in the current budget is over $1.2 million in grant im-
provements to the city’s airport, sewer system, police department,
skate board park and economic development initiatives with only
$188,000 paid through city matching funds.
While the rate for property taxes remained the same, this budget did
include an increase in water and sewer rates to help provide the
needed repairs/upgrades to the city’s water and sewer systems. The
average water and sewer user of 4,000 gallons will see an increase in
their monthly bill of $10.33.
The City of DeFuniak Springs has submitted for a $497,113 grant to
renovate the Chautauqua Hall of Brotherhood. The Florida Depart-
ment of State Historic Preservation Commission gave this grant a total
of 87 points, which equates to a third place ranking out of fifty plus
grants. While the city will not know until next summer whether or
not the state legislature will provide the funding, there is a strong like-
lihood the city will receive this grant. Some items provided in this
grant include installing an elevator, remodeling the bathrooms to
make them ADA compliant, painting the interior and exterior of the
building, installing security cameras, increasing the size of the down-
stairs food service area as well as various repairs to the building. To
find out more about Council activities, meeting dates, agendas and
more, please visit us online at www.defuniaksprings.net.

White Americans Targeted, Labeled As Domestic Terrorists, Supremacists By New
DOJ “Enforcement Unit” Patriotism now seems to be officially morphing into a crime in the view of
the anti-American diversity obsessed, open borders federal government as
is the refusal to roll over like a good boy in the face of a foreign invasion.
Being a proud American and opposing the criminal behavior of the federal
government is now being redefined as terrorism, with Americans being
disparaged as the true terrorists by those propping up the illegitimate and
criminal Obama regime.
In order to combat this newly-discovered criminal element and help those
who are orchestrating the overthrow of our nation do so with the least pos-
sible amount of resistance, the DOJ announced on Wednesday the forma-
tion of what they have chosen to mislabel as the Domestic Terrorism
Council. The persons identified as domestic terrorists are regular Ameri-
cans who take issue with their country being laid to ruin by the criminals
traitors in power. Respect for and love of country are now being treated as
serious character defects, the kind that can bring a serious response from
Obama’s brown shirts. Patriots are now officially being vilified as a despi-
cable scourge upon our society run amok under rogue a regime that pro-
motes diversity above all else as the means of infusing their foreign, anti-
American operatives.
According to the UN-hijacked United States government, Americans, or as
they now prefer to refer to them, “domestic terrorists,” pose a greater
threat to their own country than ISIS, al-Qaeda or any other Islamic group.
Of course they would make those arguments. They’re the force behind the
current Islamic invasion; they’ve got a vested interest in targeting the re-
sistant American people and clearing the path for their incoming hordes.
The announcement was made by Assistant Attorney General John Carlin,
who directs national security issues within the “Justice” Department. He
described it as being a response to violent attacks or plots against the U.S.,
actions he characterized as being motivated by “anti-government views,
racism, bigotry and anarchy, and other despicable beliefs.”
Since when did the opposition to tyranny become despicable? When the
reality is that our government has been commandeered by tyrants engaged
in an incessant, daily assault on the very fabric and founding principles of
our nation, the viewpoint that opposing tyranny is criminal speaks vol-
umes as to the serious nature of the threat this illegitimate government
now represents. They appear to sense that we’re on to them and be taking
counter-measures to more openly confront those who would object to their
treachery.
Seizing on the recent high-profile acts of criminals to provide false valida-
tion, Carlin said, “More Americans have died at the hands of domestic
terror than the international terror groups that federal law enforcement
focuses so much attention on,” citing the Charleston Church incident and
Las Vegas police shootings as supporting evidence.
He continued, “Looking back over the past few years, it is clear that do-
mestic terrorists and homegrown violent extremists remain a real and pre-
sent danger to the United States. We recognize that, over the past few
years, more people have died in this country in attacks by domestic ex-
tremists than in attacks associated with international terrorist groups.”
Since patriotism, an awareness of tyrannical, authoritarian creep and the
associated efforts to salvage our nation are not yet illegal in the United
States, Carlin acknowledged that they have to rely upon other means in
their targeting of Americans. He said, “What causes some confusion is
that ‘domestic terrorism’ is not an offense or a charge,” Carlin said. There-
fore, domestic terror groups or actors must be prosecuted with firearms or
explosives offenses, hate crimes or murder. That admission reinforces the
suspicions and views among many that naked disarmament of the Ameri-
can people, creating a slave population, is the motivation behind the recent
pushes for gun control and restrictive registration requirements.
He added that the DOJ “Counsel” will not only be able to better coordinate
the prosecution of the “domestic terrorists”.
I want to YELL it from the Top of the
Courthouse. Thank You, Frank.
After speaking with you over my troubled
neighbor who done nothing but cause me
money and grief. Code enforcement hassling
us cause of false crap. I know I talked your ear
off with all the years of us not living in Peace.
I wrote back some time ago, maybe months
ago. But with your guidance I was finally able
to file in Court (no attorney) like you said.
Even though, Mr. Jones you said you weren’t
getting involved. Funny, when the Judge said
that if you would have done your job. Between
Code and Planning, we wouldn’t have us here.
Quit picking and choosing your fights! Just
cause I’m an old Lady don’t mean I can’t tell it
to the world. Now I notice Mr. Jones under
investigation along with Miss prissy Meadows.
Quit sticking your nose where it don’t be-
long. Your daily duties does not dictate how
and where our roads go. Make things right.
Look at surveys and have them boys of yours
do like the survey shows. Feuds are Nasty!
I’m tired of being bothered so, Finally a
Judge read this newspaper, maybe? Who
knows, but he saw right thru the Bum that
made our life a Hell. My point is this, if Code
kept up their end, the road crew do the same.
We wouldn’t have to go to court. I am so glad
after talking with Mr. Wolfe and a few of his
people, I decided, I had enough!
Black Creek area is well aware of you and
your sneaky ways. Judge order on my behalf,
Now I have consulted with civil attorney to
finish you. All my 23 yrs here, having you
mess with my husband so much his health de-
clined quickly.
Keep writing people’s feelings and whatever
we may complain about. No other Newspaper
would have helped us like you did.
Emily & Fred
I’m glad to have helped you. Funny, as you
were going thru your troubles of injustice. I
don’t mean to boast. But because of the way
Walton county has chosen to deal or ‘NOT
deal’ with things.
I read a bunch. The Laws of the state, as
well as this county. Most of the deputies I met
with didn’t know what I was saying, now they
do. I showed them. Those written words are
for us all, not just the good-ol’ boys, doing
Bayou tactics. Maybe on the streets they will,
but not a JUDGE! You’ll find there are
people who help us lil’ old folks out. And not
demand your life’s savings = pursuing justice.
Dear Editor,
As you can see from my E-mail that I live in

Dear Editor,
When I read last week how you helped the
elderly lady with her roof leak. It mad me cry.
That woman could have been anyone’s Mother
or sister in those conditions. And you came
running in the rain?
I live across the way from her and I saw you
out there. That was unbelievable. People need
to have your number stored for you help so
many people in so many different ways. Even
if only for information, you are so helpful.
Larry & Elma
Dear Editor,
Thank you for helping my husband. He thinks
he can do everything as he did as a younger
man. The fencing you fixed helped us keeping
those wild animals out from the horses.
We will be calling you to re-do the rest of it
for us soon. Have a blessed day.
Ruth Tillman
Dear Editor,
I love the way you tell it like it is. I remember
reading back some time ago when you ranted
about the Planning Dept. and the problems you
noticed. You wrote it. Almost a prediction.
Guess, they should read your Newspaper in-
stead of the watered down version of national
media cover-up’s.
I’m also surprised that (after we talked)
you’ve been taking it easy on Obama and
Hillary. I bet over 3/4 of this county feels the
same as you. Even if the Commissioners would
read, they would have an in-sight on what peo-
ple really feel like. They rarely listen, so read!

VA Gets Shorted $2.6 Billion While
Obama Admin Budgets $4.5 Billion on
Syrian Migrants We are long past the point where the VA should be privatized. Just
a few years ago it was hailed as the model for single payer health
care … and it turns out, it is. Veterans can’t get an appointment for
critical care, administrators keep off-the-books systems of appoint-
ments so their numbers look good, the cost of care is astronomical,
vets die waiting for care, and nobody is held accountable.
The latest twist in the VA insanity occurred when VA administra-
tors told the Congress, less than 90 days before the end of the fiscal
year, that they were coming up $2.6 billion short in funds to care
for vets.
In the “never let a crisis go to waste” department the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs told the Congress that if they didn’t get relief im-
mediately they would have to start denying vets care. I want to
know what he means by “start denying”? The VA has been denying
veterans care through extending appointment times for the last
seven years. They also threatened to close VA hospitals.
Obama’s latest version of a Secretary for VA had the audacity to
say this:
“What you’re seeing is a sea change in the way VA operates,” he
said. “Historically, we’ve managed to a budget instead of managing
to requirements based on veterans’ needs.”
(*&^(*(_%$#%####S^*^&_($# you, Mr. Gibson.
The Congress passed a $3.5 billion emergency spending bill to keep
the doors open.
Meanwhile, the administration may be more than willing to throw
veterans on the street, but they’ve got cash galore for Syrian terror-
ists to move into your neighborhood. White House spokesman Josh
Earnest says the United States will direct nearly $419 million in hu-
manitarian aid toward helping Syrian refugees. Earnest says the
money will help pay for emergency health care, safe drinking water,
food and shelter. Earnest says the U.S. has now committed to
spend $4.5 billion to help address the dire conditions inside Syria
and in refugee camps scattered across the region. The money will
come through the U.S. Agency for International Development and
Congress will not have to approve the additional spending .

Hi Frank, I'm sure you know we have started a
Senior Center in Freeport and so far we have had a
good turn out. I don't know if you are 60 or above but I'd
love to see you come join us if you have a chance. You
might like to join the group of men that come in on Mondays
and Fridays to play Pinochle.
I'd like to make sure with your help that all the 60's and
above know about it and will join us in this much needed
social gathering being offered.

The Friends of the Freeport Library will be hold-
ing their semi-annual booksale at the Freeport Community
Center on Saturday, November 7th from 8-3. A bag of books
is only $3 and proceeds benefit the Freeport Library. There
will be thousands of materials for all ages and interests
available! Also on November 7th the Freeport Fire Depart-
ment will visit the Freeport Library for a special children’s
event celebrating Fire Safety. The event begins at noon and
children will learn fire safety tips and get a chance to check
out the fire truck! Walk-ins are welcome or call the library
at 835-2040 to reserve an appointment time. Children’s
classes with Miss Dollie are every Wednesday at 10:30 in
the children’s area of the library. Children’s classes teach
listening skills and social development through the use of
literature. Also don’t miss the fantastic Chelco display in the
library’s lobby. The display shows the history of electricity
in Walton County through early household artifacts. The
Walton County Art League is also displaying some beautiful
pieces at the library in October and November.
