HR Planning:Human resource managers have to plan for changes in employees and employers expectations. Retirement age is increasing even though the current generation would prefer to retire early. There is an expectation of work life balance and flexible working hours. The bare minimum education for employment is also changing.

In order to be successful for this role you will have had:• 1-3 years demonstrated experience across production, sales and product development.• Demonstrated problem solving abilities • Australian industry knowledge within fashion industry
