Modular ConstructionAdvantages
• Chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers, drives and valves piped and wired, under a single DDC or PLC control system.
• Disciplines are together under one roof in a controlled environment. Systems are engineered and built by professionals who do only this type of work with people they know well. Quality, safety and ultimate efficiency start as a team.
• FCS is flexible to use customer preferred components.
• Frees expensive interior mechanical room space. Modules can be installed on pads or rooftops. Cooling towers can be installed directly above the mechanical room.

COOLING TOWER FREE COOLING
Consists of a close-approach plate and frame heat
exchanger, pumping and controls. The system
allows the cooling tower to provide chilled water.
CONDENSER WATER HEAT RECOVERY
The PHE is piped in the hot chiller condenser water
line to provide pre-cooling for boilers used for
processes or HVAC reheat.
HOT WATER PRODUCTION
Hot water systems use shell and tube or welded
and semi-welded PHE. Packages are compact and
designed for the duty. Heat from cogeneration and
diesel generators are viable.
PRESSURE CONTROL
Heat Transfer Stations can be installed to reset the
pressure in elevated applications.
