Volume 13 Issue 11 A Letter from the Warden’s Desk November 2017 OUR MISSION STATEMEN OUR MISSION STATEMENT St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Chittenango, New York exists to restore all people to unity with each other and with God in Jesus Christ. St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Chittenango, New York The Good News Well here we are the end of October and the beginning of November. Many things are going on in the next few months. Of course the Bazaar and the great food cooked up by our wonderful women in our parish. Can’t wait for that! Also, “All Saint’s Day”. We have a service on that day and also the first Sunday in November. This year we are trying something new. Want to know what? Come and see. It’s a time when we remember our loved ones who are no longer with us. They of course will always remain in our hearts. Thanksgiving is coming up and we will have a service on Thanksgiving Day. Thank you Father Charlie. Please join us while your turkey is cooking. This is also that time of year again when we start thinking of our Stewardship for our church. We have had a good year. Some things are going great, some we are still working on ie getting the back steps fixed. This will be done in the New Year. Please give some thoughts about being with us in the New Year. You have all been really great with your Steward Ship and we all hope that you will continue. We have continued to be a small but constant force in keeping our church going. Like I have said before we are the “little church that could”. Yes we are still here and going strong thanks to all of you. The Vestry and I want to thank you for your support in the past and hope that you will continue your support and good works in the future. We have some wonderful plans for the future. Did you know that we have found a bell and that will be ringing in the near future in the front of the church. That is just one of the things we have planned for this coming year. It was donated by one of our own parishioners. More of our plans are in the works, so come join us and see what we can accom- plish in the coming year. Thank you all and God Bless for being the wonderful people who have made our church what it is today and in what it can be in the future.
