Well as I think back to the days of when you ran the Manager'sWorkbench and I worked for you because I had no clue…Iremember flying snowmen, animated snow flakes backgroundsand lots of other completely wrong things to do in webdevelopment. I also remember asking you what department iswhat as we published because once again, you were trainingme. I think of your kids pictures on your desk, a loving father, andthe time you guys came out to our house for a cookout. Your,small at that time, children sat quietly and so respectful besideyou at the house. The love for their father so evident in theiractions and deeds. I remember thinking I certainly hope we areblessed with children who love their parents like yours do. I sawhow you were, in a difficult situation, raising good kids andshowing them the love of a good father. I am happy andblessed to call you friend…I forever will be, your friend. Thank youfor the time we had together in Ops. I am so happy at how youhave grown in the past several years. You have set goals andattained them. You stopped letting things lead your life and youbegan to focus on your hopes and dreams. This move is onemore step toward that. You are a mighty man of God Jeremy.He loves you, your family and has the best in store for you. If youever need an ear, I would be honored to be that.
