DINING BY THE BEST CHEFS IN THE MID ATLANTICThe LINE’s Chef Spike Gjerde is a local James Beard Award Winning Chef. With A Rake’s Progress, Spike Gjerde celebrates the union between the North and South: its people, traditions, farmlands and fishing grounds. He will merge Maryland and Mid-Atlantic ingredients and traditions with the rich Southern foodways of Virginia, creating food that is distinctly of the District.
