“I really enjoy getting out and working with
our members in their homes and communities,
where they are most comfortable. That lets me
get to know them on a deeper level instead of
always just talking on the phone.”

“We help members call their doctors to
set up visits, go over their coverage with
them, set up rides and talk about treatment
options. It’s our personal mission to help
make the lives of our members easier.”

your journey to better health. We understand
health care can be confusing, and it’s our job
to answer your questions, so you don’t get lost
in the shuffle. We also want to know what’s
important to you, so we can connect you to the
services you need.”

Know Where to Go for CareYour main doctor plays a key role on your care team and knows a lot about your
health. When you need care and it’s not an emergency or urgent problem, call your
doctor first.
You might be used to going to the emergency room for most of your health care, but
now that you’re on a Connect plan, seeing your own doctor helps you in the long run.
He or she knows your health history and can help figure out how this problem fits in
with other issues you have. Emergency rooms and
urgent-care centers don’t know the full picture of
your health, so they just treat the problem you’re
having now.
If you’re not sure if you need to get care
now or set up a visit with your doctor,
call the Anytime Nurse Line at
1-855-802-4612 for help. But in an
emergency, always go to the closest
hospital right away or call 911.
You might have to wait to see your doctor.
But if you call as soon as you know you
need care, you can usually get the next
open appointment.
If you have trouble getting an
appointment with your doctor, call
Member Services at 1-877-633-2526.
TTY users call 711.
