On the high-tech production line, Stoper has the ability to manufacture all kinds of
bituminous membranes varying from conventional APP/SBS types with a high
content of polymers and glassfiber or polyester reinforcements to specific purpose
membranes and finally the innovative new generation membranes.
Stoper membranes are available with PE film, slates, silica sand or aluminum finish.
Production of Stoper membranes is completed by a fully automated rolling, labelling
and palletizing mechanism equipped with high-sensitive weight and length measurement
devices, thus reassuring the reliability and accuracy of Stoper product declarations.

Each year Stoper laboratories design more than 100 new formulas

The energy that SolarStoper produces, is converted to alternativecurrent after passing through the solar regulator and inverterand used at home. The excess energy is transmitted to thenetwork by passing through a meter. The energy at night isobtained from the network through another meter.
The energy that SolarStoper produces, charges the batteriesafter passing through the charge controller. The excess energybecomes consumable at home after passing through aninverter and converted to alternative current. The energy atnight is obtained from the batteries through the inverter.

Via Stoper is designed to cover concrete decking of new highway bridges prior to the application of the surfacingmaterial. Forming an impenetrable water barrier between the concrete decks and subsequently applied trafficbearing toppings or surfacing material.
Compound: Atactic Polypropylene (APP) modified membranes produced specially for bridge and road applications.Effectively prevents moisture, salts and deicing chemicals from infiltrating concrete surfaces, eliminates damageto steel reinforcing and eliminates concrete damage as a result of freeze-thaw cycles.
Reinforcement: The reinforced high strength non-woven polyester felt adds strength and aids in eliminatingruptures of the membrane during application and imparts sufficient strength to the membrane to permit drivingrubber tired trucks, pavers and other vehicles.
Areas of use: For bridge applications and also excellent for use on parking decks, plazas and other locationswhere waterproofing is required.

Compound: Distilled bitumen modified with a high content of elastomeric (Garden EP) and plastomeric (Garden+PP) compound.
The special chemical additive provides efficient and uniform chemical root-stop barrier throughout the entirethickness of the membrane, including the overlaps, where the antiroot barrier is formed by a single 3/4-mm thicklayer.
Reinforcement: The reinforcement of the membrane consists of a “non-woven” single strand, heavy weight,polyester fabric which is isotropic, root proof, thermally fixed, very strong and has a notable ultimate elongationcombined with an optimal resistance to puncture and tearing.
Areas of use: Garden series can be used in all waterproofing systems in contact with the ground or where thereis the risk of the system being attacked by roots such as roof gardens and green walls.
