Here at PFA Research we have beencarrying out some fantastic projects.
We now proudly support the marketing department of World
First Travel Insurance; the company has achieved a 400%growth in the last 12 months.
We’re also very pleased that we have been working with some
of the South West’s most high prole brands, including Cornwall
Chamber and Fifteen Cornwall.

development or marketing strategy, get in touch!
Best wishesRobert Rush, Managing Director, PFA Research
The success World First has
enjoyed has been underpinned by
its decision to build a marketing
department of external experts,
of which PFA Research is a part.
The others include marketing,
web development, training, search
engine optimisation and PR.
PFA Research has been brought
in to manage the research
requirements of the business. We’ve
developed initial public and customer
perception surveys to help establish
brand position and to inform thefuture business development
strategy for World First.
The company has ambitious growth
plans and intends to double the size of
the business in the next 12 months.
Managing partner, Martin Rothwell,
said: “We have a reputation as an
independent brand leader who can
insure medical conditions and holidays
that larger brands won’t cover. As a
family run business we are committed
to our customers and many people
have been booking policies with us for
the last ten years. We make sure that
we deliver the very best service and
we are always looking for ways to get
our customers the very best policiesat the best price. This commitment is
one of the reasons we are growing the
business.”
World First Travel Insurance is a client of PFA Research
and we are proud to report an incredible growth of 400%
in the last 12 months; this is despite difculties such as the
volcanic ash cloud causing havoc, cabin crew strikes and
collapse of tour operators.
