The Rossi revolution of firearm design and manufacturing started with the

founding of the company in 1889 by Amadeo Rossi. Over the last 131 years, the

An ideal truck or saddle rifle, the 16-inch barrel R92 Triple Black carbine is designed to resist the

worst of elements. The stock and forend are wood painted with a durable all-weather black on black

splatter paint. All metal parts are coated with black Cerakote finish for extreme durability. The rifle

comes with an aluminum Picatinny rail to accommodate a red dot optic or scope and includes an

adjustable rear peep sight for those who favor open-sight shooting. The R92 Triple Black comes

chambered in .357 Mag or .44 Mag and a threaded barrel giving the option for a suppressor

or muzzle break.

Boasting classic western styling with a flair, the R92 Gold rifles showcase a premium

Brazilian hardwood forearm and stock with a traditional crescent buttplate. Providing an

elegant accent to the polished black receiver, barrel, and magazine tube finish are gold-

finish barrel bands, hammer, trigger, lever and buttplate.

Harkening back to the classic lever-action design, this R92 features the classic octagonal

barrel profile for increased accuracy and balance. The warm Brazilian hardwood furniture

compliments the rifle’s polished stainless-steel finish from the muzzle to the buttplate. A

traditional rear buckhorn sight is adjustable and rounds-out the heritage motif. The R92

Octagonal Barrel rifles are available in .357 Mag or .44 Mag chambering.

WARNING concerning ammunition marked “+P” and “+P+” Rossi Firearms rated for “+P” ammunition are rated for Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute (SAAMI) compliant “+P” ammunition. SAAMI does not recognize any “+P+” ammunition at all. It is DANGEROUS to fire “+P+” ammunition in any Rossi firearm and if you do so you may be seriously injured or killed.

In addition, it seems some ammunition marked “+P” is not SAAMI compliant either. There are only four calibers that can carry a “+P” rating from SAAMI. They are 38 Special +P, 9mm Luger +P, 38 Super Automatic and 45 Automatic +P. There are no other SAAMI approved “+P” loads. Any ammunition in any other caliber marked “+P” is not SAAMI compliant, may be dangerous and should not be used.

DANGER for “+P+” Never use “Plus-P-Plus” (+P+) rated ammunition in any Rossi firearm. The Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute (SAAMI) does not recognize such ratings and such ammunition can be very dangerous. Firing such ammunition can cause catastrophic failure in firearms resulting in serious bodily injury or death.

WARNING for “+P” Only fire SAAMI rated Plus P (“+P”) ammunition in Rossi Models designated by Rossi for +P use. Firing +P ammunition in other Rossi products may be dangerous and can result in serious bodily injury or death. Approved Rossi models include, and are

limited to, any firearm chambered in 38 Special. WARNINGEven if your Rossi firearm is rated for Plus-P (“+P”) ammunition, such ammunition generates pressures signifi-cantly in excess of the pressures associated with standard ammunition. Such pressures may affect the useful life of the firearm or exceed the margin of safety built into many firearms. Unless you need +P ammunition, do not use it, particularly for practice.
