Bury Borough has three fire stations with a total of four fire engines and two

special appliances.

It should be noted major redevelopment in Bury Town Centre has created a

number of newer community venues at Police HQ and Town Hall, thereby

reducing bookings for the fire station facilities significantly. However, as the

GMFRS facilities are currently free at point of delivery, there are still a number

of bookings for use during 2011.

E36 Bury Fire Station

Bury Community Fire Station also has the Prince’s Trust Room which is being

used exclusively as the ROC Café (Redeeming our Communities) for the

foreseeable future.
