The Sustainment Training Center (STC) offers a Phase 1, TMDE/Calibration Training Course for your Full-Time Calibration Technicians. The course contains instruction on items listed in TB 43-180 with focus on theory of standards and verifying items under calibration using appropriate standards within physical calibration systems.
The training is NOT MOS producing and is NOT Additional Skill Identifier (ASI) awarding. This course IS NOT in the ATRRS School Reservation System. For enrollment information contact Mr. Mark Rushing at the STC Technician Training Operations Office at 515-727-3579, DSN 431-3579.
Technicians/Soldiers attending the instruction are expected to attend this training in a paid status. Cost to the States for sending students include travel to and from Camp Dodge from the soldiers/Students home station. Food subsistence is local economy. Lodging is available on Camp Dodge for $26.00 per night for single room, queen size bed and shared latrine. Per Diem cost for the Camp Dodge Area can be researched at http:// www.defensetravel.dod.mil/perdiem/ perdiemrates.html.
