südback is one of the most important trend trade fairs in Europe. National and international interest has grown continuously since the first südback was held in 1978. The trade fair is expanding and now attracts around 37,500 trade visitors. Located in the middle of a traditionally craft-oriented region, südback is the meeting point and communication platform for everyone involved in the bakery and confectionery trades. südback creates trends and sets standards – and has done so for more than 40 years.

COMPACTHALL CONSTELLATION FORACONTINUOUSFLOWOFVISITORS

In 2020 südback will occupy Halls 5, 7 and as well as the Oskar Lapp Hall (Hall 6), the Alfred Kärcher Hall (Hall 8) and the new Paul Horn Hall (Hall 10). A total of around 55,000 square metres (gross) of exhibition space and a circulating flow of visitors will provide ample room for craftsmanship, innovation and the exchange of technical know-how. The two facing Entrances East and West will also ensure a continuous flow of visitors.
