Every culture has its individuals celebrated for their wisdom. In every village and every family, certain people are looked to for their guidance and advice. Proverbs celebrates all who live toward wisdom, willing to learn from life experience. The pursuit of wisdom is held as a high calling, but never for personal gain or recognition. It serves as a blessing of the community and the proper honor of God. Join us as we embark on our own journey towards wisdom through a study of Proverbs as it helps root our lives in the things that matter. Read and Feed - Read and Feed will meet in the Fellowship Hall Tuesday nights from 5:30 - 6:45 pm. Volunteers are always welcome to tutor elementary children in developing their reading skills. If you would like to volunteer or desire more information, please contact Mike Reynolds at 407-325-4762 or [email protected]. Read and Feed offers basic training for tutoring the children, no special skills required other than knowing how to read and be a friend. Volunteers must be high school age or older. Middle school students can volunteer if paired with an adult. Easter Candy - Candy is needed for the Children’s Easter Egg Hunt. Your candy donations

can be dropped off in the Conference Room by March 27th. Please remember no candy with peanut butter or peanuts due to food allergies! Phone Tree - If you would like to receive messages via the Phone Tree, please sign up (name and number) on the bulletin board in the Education Building. New lists need to be populated for those wanting to receive information through the Phone Tree system. If you have submitted your name in the past, we still need your information to be verified with your preferred contact number.

The “Backpack Buddies” program is an ongoing ministry KBC has with Knightdale Elementary School. Plastic bags, used to distribute the food, are not needed at this time, but there is an urgent need for food items.

March 31st is Food Pantry Sunday, so don’t forget your food pantry donations! Supporting our local Food Pantry is an on-going mission project of the Angelic Ministers. Food collection barrels are located in the education building for you to place your food donations. A grocery list is included in today’s bulletin.

Also, if you have a change in the schedule for the children’s nursery or children’s church, please contact the monthly coordinator so that the change can be made prior to the printing of the worship bulletin. However, any permanent changes in the schedule should continue to be handled by the lead coordinator.

Attention KBC Parents: If you have a child participating in children’s worship, please make sure they are picked up at the end of the church service by a parent or adult. The children’s worship leaders will only allow children to be picked up by a parent or adult from the nursery, toddler, 2-3 year old, 4-5 year old, or 6-7 year old classrooms.
