BOOKINGS AND CHECK INTo make the most of your experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you to fill out our appropriate health questionnaire and prepare for your treatment.

During this time we ask that you please remove any jewellery that you may be wearing.

CANCELLATION POLICYAs a therapist’s room is reserved for your treatment, any appointment over 1 ½ hours that is cancelled with less than a 24hr time period will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If redeeming a gift voucher 50% of your gift voucher will be taken.

Credit card details, voucher numbers or a cash deposit is required for any appointments over an hour and a half.
