Families should display their pinwheels at home or out in public on Thursday, September 21st, “International Peace Day” as designated by the United Nations. Take a picture of your child(ren) with their pinwheel displayed, print the picture, send it in to Mrs. Eastham and it will be displayed in the TES Lobby! Families are welcome to create their own pinwheel during September's "Families Create". (Tuesday 9/5 5:30 to 6:30pm) It is a free event but you must register. Click HERE to register. prizes. AR is a computerized program that tests reading comprehension.Students select books at their reading level, read independently, andtake an independent comprehension test on the computer. Each book isworth a certain number of points. Students get a percentage of thesepoints based on how many of the test questions they get right. AR is asite based license, so students may only take quizzes at school! TheMedia Center is open at 8am for students accompanied by an adult.
