ELECTRICAL INSPECTION MODULE

The purpose built TICOR™ electrical module has integrated load correction formulae which offers the option of testing equipment when it isn’t running at full load. By relating component rating to actual load applied and maximum measured and ambient temperature together, faults up to critical level can still be shown even when measured temperature is close to ambient. The formualae offer the following values:

•Estimate component operating temperature at maximum load.•Estimate how much a circuit or phase can be loaded despite the fault allowing for predictive and strategic equipment shutdown•Automatically grade the fault from minor to important to serious and critical severities.

VESSELS, SEPARATORS & TANKS INSPECTION MODULE

The use of thermal imaging cameras on process equipment such as vessels, separators and tanks can span numerous applications from internal fluid or sediment levels to insulation integrity and other structural issues. Our purpose built TICOR™ measurement module can not only indicate where sediment levels lie within a vessel or separator but accurately measure them and offer a cm and % level which is fully trendable between inspections. This will offer you the ability to accurately assess sediment deposits during the initial inspection then to monitor changes during subsequent periodic inspections. The TICOR™ measurement module is an exceptionally efficient and fast method of providing detailed thermograms of this type of equipment and it provides comparative graphs for each periodic inspection.

BUILDING INSPECTION MODULE

TICOR™ Reporting software is used to detect faults and problem areas within a variety of building types. These problems include missing, displaced or damaged insulation, paths of air leakage, thermal bridging, foreign objects within cavity areas and other construction defects.

The TICOR™ building module has been developed with a sequence of specific building related thermal indexing formulae which relate internal and external building temperatures together on the day of the inspection in order to identify problems and grade them accordingly from minor to important to serious and then to critical severity grades.

VISUAL INSPECTION MODULE

TICOR™ reporting software for visual inspections can be used in a variety of industry applications to effectively create single fault finding reports and trend or compare visual images between periodic inspections. This offers the ability to monitor any significant changes that have occurred over time for optimum health and performance inciteThe android based software has been designed so that reporting is undertaken during the inspection through a series of drop down option boxes which gives the thermographer the ability to create instant onsite reports in less than 20 seconds after completion of the inspection.

FLAT ROOF INSPECTION MODULE

The TICOR™ building flat roof module has been developed with a populated knowledge based library that allows for fast data capture of thermograms when assessing a flat roof system. There are two windows of inspection opportunity to successfully carry out a thermographic inspection of a flat roof system. The first is an hour after sunrise and the second is an hour after sunset. This is due to wet roof insulation consisting of a heavier thermal mass meaning that it heats and cools at different rates. During the morning, wet roof insulation will heat at a slower rate and shows as cold areas on the thermogram and during the evening, as the roof cools, the wet areas will retain their heat for longer showing as warmer areas. Due to this limited time period it is essential to have a fast data capture system and TICOR™ provides the perfect solution.

PIPEWORK INSPECTION MODULE

Thermal imaging cameras can be used to detect nearest surface temperatures. These can then be utilised to indicate potential areas of sub-surface water leaks in underfloor pipe work and where underfloor central heating feeds or underfloor heating flow and return pipework may reside. The TICOR™ purpose built pipework module has been designed with specifically populated knowledge based libraries to quickly and easily document and report the various areas inspected and to record faults or problems which may be suspected. These include water leakages, blockages, weak pipework thermal signatures and even electrical failures such as poor performing solenoids or thermostats.

COLD STORE INSPECTION MODULE

Thermographic imaging can be used to inspect and monitor cold storage facilities. Using infrared it is easy to see where insulation panels are suffering from an integrity issue, where air ingress is allowed in or where a heated door seal is failing. The extreme temperature differentials between internal and external ambient allow for standout thermograms depicting issues such as those mentioned. Due to the power needed to generate these temperatures, faults such as these are significant as even the smallest of problems can have a dramatic effect on energy usage.TICOR™ is an android based reporting software system that can generate thermal imaging coldstore reports onsite in less than 20 seconds. TICOR™ has been designed so that reporting is undertaken during the inspection through a series of drop down option boxes which gives the thermographer the ability to create instant onsite reports in less than 20 seconds after completion of the inspection.

UAV DRONE INSPECTION MODULE

The use of purpose built UAV Drone carrying our high resolution 640×512 Thermal Imaging detector offers a unique perspective on applications such as underground pipework, trunk main, heating pipes and even high rise multi level buildings. The UAV drone can be programmed to fly specific routes utilising GPS positioning all the while capturing high resolution thermal and visual images. These images are recorded with Latitude, Longitude, Altitude, GPS Direction and GPS Time. All of these images, regardless of fault are efficiently imported into our WEBCOR™ system which then efficiently organises this data. Assessment is carried out to extract potential problems and the exact positioning is applied allowing ground teams to mobilise and investigate the anomaly. This procedure eliminates costly large scale investigative actions by pin-pointing areas of concern.
