2. The executive at the counter will swipe or make a transaction on the retail store machine

3. Enter your pin code to validate the transaction

4. The executive will enter the product details and provide a loan details slip

Select the Change EMI Card PIN option

Enter the current PIN > Enter new PIN

Answer any one security question > Generate OTP

Enter the OTP received and submit your PIN
