Job Descriptions Booklet
for Team Member Track
Mandate: September - December ‘14
Dear LC Kragujevac, now, after the TL elections, we have TMP re-allocation. You can find JDs of each function here, so read the booklet carefully before applying. The teams will operate from September 1st to December 1st. Applications will be online. Members who wish to apply for Y2B OC team should fill out and sentone more application which you will get later. DDL for applying for all functions is 13. 08. at 20h. Let's give our best to connect our individual and LC needs in order to get great results in the winter part of the mandate which is before us!
Team Member GCDPo
The GCDP outgoing member is responsible to do all the operations of the team
(matching and delivery). It’s a position that requires fast-responding,
organization and good communication and constant work, so we can deliver
experiences which we promise. Weekly team meetings, LCMs and participation
in LC events are obligatory.
The role of every member is to live the AIESEC experience, learn and develop as
much as possible, while creating AIESEC experiences for others. These members
are responsible for approaching right students and provide them with quality
GCDP leadership experience.
Team minimums for each member: 2 Matchings and 1
Realization per month.

Team Member GIPo
The GIP outgoing member is responsible to do all the operations of the team (matching and delivery). It’s a
position that requires fast-responding, organization, good communication and constant work, so we can
deliver experiences which we promise. Weekly team meetings, LCMs and participation in LC events are
obligatory.
The role of every member is to live the AIESEC experience, learn and develop as much as possible, while
creating AIESEC experiences for others. These members are responsible for approaching right students and
provide them with quality GIP leadership experience.
Team minimums for each member: 3 Interviews, 2 Matchings and 1 Realization per month.

Team Member CR It’s a position that requires good communication skills, active listening and fast – responding, so other processes don’t have consequences in delivery experiences to our customers. It’s a position which help us to bring additional value in delivering experiences which we promise and help us to find companies which will support our ELD programs. Weekly team meetings, LCMs and participation in LC events are obligatory. The role of every member is to live the AIESEC experience, learn and develop as much as possible, while creating AIESEC experiences for others. These members are responsible to bring business in AIESEC in order to create more and quality leadership experiences which LC is delivering.

Meeting per week.

Team Member GIPi
The GIP incoming member is responsible to do all the operations of the
team (raising, matching and delivery). It’s a position that requires
persistence, organization, good communication and constant work,
because it request approaching companies and provide them with the
right international talent to enable them to grow their business. Weekly
team meetings, LCMs and participation in LC events are obligatory.
The role of every member is to live the AIESEC experience, learn and
develop as much as possible, while creating AIESEC experiences for
others. These members are the responsible for providing right
international talents and provide them with quality GIP leadership
development.
Activities:
Raising: Market research, Sales, preparing the meetings and going to meetings to raise TNs. Matching: Supply
&Demand analysis, matching process. Delivery: Legal, Reception, EP Experience delivery, Servicing companies,
Evaluation with TN taker and EP.
Competencies required:
Persistence, Customer Oriented. Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurial Outlook, IT knowledge (Preferred) , Marketing knowledge (Preferred).
Team Member GCDPi – Social Care
The members are responsible by do all the operations of the
team (raising, matching, project management and delivery).
It’s a position that requires fast-responding, organization and
good communication, to deliver experiences which we
promise. These members are responsible for providing
international volunteers. Weekly team meetings, LCMs and
participation in LC events are obligatory.
The role of every member is to live the AIESEC experience,
learn and develop as much as possible, while creating AIESEC
experiences for others. These members are responsible for
providing right international volunteers and provide them quality GCDP leadership experience.
Activities:
Project Management delivery
TN Raising Management (contact approved schools and prepare the meetings, meetings delivery, sign a contracts with schools)
Manage matching process (Put TNs of myaiesec.net, promote TN, Interviews, Matching process – Invitation letter and acceptance note, preparation for arrival)
Accommodation & EP reception management
Trainee inner-outer journey (experience) management - EP virtual preparation and LEAD meetings
Incoming Preparation Seminar
Agenda Management
Evaluation meeting with TN taker & trainee
Team minimums for HR: 4 Calls and 2 Meetings per month.
Team minimums for ICXs: 6 Interviews per month.
Team Member Marketing & PR
It is a whose responsibility is attracting more people than ever before, make promoters and help in delivering experiences which we promise. It’s a position that requires good communication, creativity and constant work. This position need to put standards to other functions how to communicate our brand to all our stakeholders. Weekly team meetings, LCMs and participation in LC events are obligatory. The role of every member is to live the AIESEC experience, learn and develop as much as possible, while creating AIESEC experiences for others. These members are responsible to make sure that externally really understands why we do what we do and to attract enough right people for our ELD programs.
Activities:
Product packaging and positioning
Project showcasing
Public Relations Management
Business promotion
National brand alignment and develop external communication materials
Create and update internal communication materials
Social media management
Team minimums: 1 Media Appearance / 1 Report, 1 Promo Activity / 1 LC Event per week; 1 Partnership
Proposal / 1 Signed Partnership per month.

Y2B OC Team
Public Relations Manager
PR manager is responsible for media promotion of the project, planning promotion, creating promotion strategy, external positioning of project and communication with stakeholders.
Job description guidelines:
Creating communication strategy
Media management, Press releases writing
Public appearances (TV, radio, presentations)
Preparing all documents for external and internal promotion
Press clipping – in communication with VP CR and VP M&PR
Special events/effects
Taking part in creation and organization of all activities on the project
Measurements of Success:
Number of media appearances, number of media partnerships, number of delegate applications
Note: Design for all materials will be downscaled from MC.
Finance & Logistics Manager
The main role of Finance & Logistics Manager is to ensure financial sustainability of the project, track financial transactions, report and communicate with VP F on one hand and manage whole resource flow of the project including materials, documents and logistics. Regarding the logistics part, mail role is to communicate with the venue representatives and create logistical plan for project realization in communication with rest of the team.
Job description guidelines:
Budgeting and controlling, in communication with VP F
Cooperation with VP F regarding cash flow
Financial reporting
Providing logistical support and creating logistical plan for project realization
Creating the inkind raising strategy
Taking part in creation and organization of all activities on project
Measurements of Success:
Connection between planned and realized budget, Profit of the project.
HR & Planning Manager
The main role of HR & Planning Manager is to ensure agenda quality. In cooperation with PM, HR & planning
manager is in charge for communication with potential speakers, and with LC VP CR regarding companies that
are partners on Y2BF project.
Job description guidelines:
Responsible for creating agenda in cooperation with PM
Contacting and communication with potential speakers
Communicating with partners/LC VP CR
Partner servicing
Creating and promoting OC support structure
Managing and coordinating of OC support team
Taking part in creation and organization of all activities on the project
Measurements of Success:
Average grade given by the company representatives, average grade given by delegates.
