Continuous Binder Grading

The sample was subjected to the following testing: • % Asphalt Content (%AC) by Extraction, in accordance with AASHTO T164. • Wet sieve analysis of the extracted aggregate, in accordance with AASHTO T30. • Recovery of the extracted asphalt binder, in accordance with ASTM D5444. • Determination of the continuous grading of the extracted, recovered

asphalt binder. The aging protocol as recommended in the Appendix

Section of AASHTO M323 was followed. The binder testing performed

was as follows:

o DSR testing, in accordance with AASHTO T315. o PAV aging in accordance with AASHTO R28. o Bending Beam Rheometer (BBR) testing, in accordance with AASHTO

T313. o Determination of the binder continuous grading, in accordance with ASTM

D7643. The results are as follows:
