Started in motocross on a Yamaha PW50, at 4 years old. Raced until 2006, winning four Regional Cham-pionships, one National Championship and finished second in a Latin American on a Kawasaki KX60.

·Started road racing on a Yamaha DT 125, at 14 years old, winning three National Championships and two Regionals.

·Began his careen in the USA competing in Super-moto in categories 85 cc and 450 cc.

Continues to race Supermoto in Florida, USA and qual-ified for Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup 2008.

Tomas Puerta is a motorcyclist who came to the AMA SuperSport 600cc class, after competing in Colombia with excellent results in morocross, supermoto, road race, and to race in Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup 2008 and compete in the CSS champion-ship. Since 2009 he competed in AMA Su-perSport 600cc class and in 2014 in Daytona SportBike 600cc class, in 2015 he competed at MotoAmerica championship in Supersport 600 cc class and at Superbike Latinameri-can, in 2016 at Colombian GP in SuperBike class and a few races of MotoAmerica cham-pionship.He has had important results thanks to the support of those who believed in his talent coupled with his effort, dedication, hard work, optimism and love for motorcycles.
