BIOTony Staxx also known as Quentin Burley-Smith is an American Hip Hop artist. Staxx is currently living in Dallas, Texas where he is performing and doing some producing for local and national artist. As a college graduate from Paul Quinn College Staxx manage to evade the allure of the streets by staying determined and focused on his real love, making music.

Under his own imprint Money Brothers Inc. Tony Staxx released his first mixtape “I Am…Tony Staxx” in July of 2011. The mixtape “I Am…” served as the official introduction of Tony Staxx to the world. This mixtape featured hit songs such as the Z-Will produced “Andy Griffin”, “Joi Ride” and Staxx produced “Think About It”. Tony Staxx then dropped a classic mixtape on September 11, 2011 titled “Lean on Me.” Tony Staxx displayed his versatility, wordplay and more of his producing capabilities on “Get a Life” and “What He Said.”

As a tribute to his brother that suddenly passed away Tony Staxx engaged fans to enter his world on “Eastside Story” in December 2011. This mixtape displayed Tony Staxx' creative story-telling ability and showed a more venerable side. “Eastside Story” produced two huge hits “I Lie” which was Z-Will produced and “Gold Chainz” which Tony Staxx collaborated with Z-Will on the production.

Tony Staxx began performing his debut single “Gold Chainz” and his follow up “I Lie” at several venues around Texas including Fort Worth, Arlington, Dallas, and Houston. Staxx ventured out to California to showcase his skills going to Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Compton. With his respect and passionate love for women Tony Staxx decided to give his female fans a personalized Valentine’s Day gift with the mixtape “Magnums & Silk Sheets” in February 2012.

The second hit single from P.R.O.F.I.T., "Suicide Note" was release as a digital download and served as a PSA for Suicide Prevention. Tony Staxx signed on with Grind76 Music Group as his management team. The partnership was formed in March 2015 and together they launched a campaign created around “Suicide Note” to raise awareness for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The campaign was created to serve the community and donations from the sale of the single will be donated to the AFSP. The #YouMatter is the tag use on social media during this campaign.

Tony Staxx will continue to release new music and videos for his fans. He is currently recording at a feverish pace. In the future Tony Staxx plans to expand further into entrepreneurship and his goal is to earn multiple Grammy Awards for his performing arts, compositions, and production.
