o Lagoon depths: Large Lagoon is 13.25 feet and Small Lagoon is 6.25 feet o Replaced the mechanical seal on Pump 2 – Big Park Pump Station o Walked all laterals at Pettyjohn Woods – checked for issues with new pipe

o Training on Circle lighting package completed (Bill Bradley, Hobie Brewington, Bobby Fletcher, Jeff Ward)
o Repaired water leak – 112 South Bedford Street o Started bed maintenance in The Circle o Repaired fire hydrant damaged by vehicle accident (north quadrant of Circle)

Work on Annex Building – 37 The Circle continues – electric connection on January 25. Anticipate activity to increase now that power is established (see Photo 1)
Completed revision to Walkability & Connectivity Study Request for Proposals Finalized Municipal Election Support Agreement between Sussex County Department of
Elections and the Town of Georgetown – Council Action on February 14 Followed up on resident concerns over snow removal during recent winter storm

Center Answered realtor questions regarding annexation and approvals for the Smith Farm
(Vaughn Road) Attended Delaware League of Local Governments Monthly Meeting. Presentation by
Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation (DEMEC) Provided Sussex County Housing & Community Development information on sidewalk
construction estimates – potential FY 2019 CDBG Infrastructure Project Attended information session on Meistertask (Project Management Platform) and market
