Last big storms, 1954, 1944 and 1938. I have been told many stories about cottages
floating out to Lower County Road and wading in knee deep water through-out West Dennis and Dennisport.
IMPOSSIBLE!
Hurricane Sandy Ravaged Misquamicut Beach, Westerly RI just 120 miles as the crow flies from Dennis!
It can't happen here!
