TrackProject.ie
OverviewTrackProject.ie is a new Irish international track cycling team that is due to launch at the
beginning of 2017. The team has been founded in order to give its riders the best possible chance of winning Ireland’s first ever Olympic track medal at the 2020 Olympics
Games in Tokyo. The purpose of this document is for the team to find financial partners and for us to show
the benefits of you being a part of this innovative project.Everybody already involved is extremely motivated and excited about the potential this
team has and after reading this document we hope you will be too.
Although the team is made up of all Irish riders it is going to be based in Mallorca, Spain. This gives the team access to the velodrome in Palma but also the perfect roads and
conditions for training on the road. We will be racing a mix of track and road through the Spring and Summer but then our focus through the Winter will be on the track.
We have a worldwide racing calendar for 2017 which includes a good combination of world class track races and also the biggest races in Ireland.

Partnership opportunities One of the key outcomes of partnering with a sports team is the partners brand visibility. This is something we’ve worked hard on to ensure we maximise the large potential this
project has for brand exposure.
Website - www.trackproject.ieOur team website will have a dedicated page to our partners which will include a direct link to our partners website and contact details if desired. The website will also be used to keep our followers up to date on our; races, travel, training and day to day lives of the
riders. Due to this we expect to have a large number of views on the website.
Social media - Instagram, Twitter & FacebookMuch like the website the team social media accounts will be used to keep our followers up to date. We will have dedicated social media accounts for the team and also continue with our
individual rider accounts. We currently have an accumulated 18,000+ followers between our 4 riders across all social media accounts and expect this to grow with the launch of the team.
ClothingEach partner will be given the opportunity to have their logo and/or brand name on the team kit.
Placement and size will be open to discussion with each partner. The team will be racing worldwide and will have multiple races on international and national TV which brings huge
visibility to each brand on our kit. There will also be magazine, newspaper and internet coverage which will again, bring huge visibility to each of our partners.

Trips and meetingsWe will also be open to our partners and their clients coming to some of our races and/or out to our training base in Mallorca. This way you will be able to see first hand how the team operates,
be involved with the teams training and see how we are able perform at a world class level.

Partnership tiers
Naturally, our main aim to reach our total budget so we can ensure this team is as successful as possible. However, we appreciate that not everybody has the means to be a part of a full
partnership programme. We are offering partnership on specific types of individual brand exposure ranging from €250 to €4000 but then alternatively also offering 3 tiers of partnership programme for those wishing to
invest more but also in turn receive more benefits. We hope this system will give the opportunities for everyone who wants to see this team be a
success to be involved and also play a part in hopefully making Irish sporting history with our first Olympic medal on the track.

ConclusionWe really believe this team has a huge amount of potential and with the right financial backing we think we can become one of the best track teams in the world. We are looking to go to every race we ride to win and in turn with help from our partners be completely self dependant on our long
term goal of qualifying and winning medals at the next Olympics.
Although this may not be the most conventional way of gaining publicity for a brand, we believe that working closely with our partners throughout the year, regular posts on our various online platforms, our work with professional film makers and the exposure we will gather through the
national and international media we can bring a lot of positive brand recognition.
After reading this I hope you are excited as we are.
