The Course
This comprehensive program looks at customer ser-
vice concepts. We analyse your clients and work out
how to communicate effectively with them. We look
at their power games and ways you can be assertive
especially when you need to say ‘no’. We look at
ways you can improve client relationships. We dis-
cuss typical problems with clients and how you can
deal with them along with ways your can reduce your
stress in the workplace.

a performance development process, managing diffi-

Is designed to assist supervisors, managers and staff
generally to identify and address concerns about bul-
lying and harassment in the workplace and discusses
the legislation and policies in place in Victoria

ing and development capability needs as addressed in
the current NSW Public Sector Capability Framework
(2013).
Responsible Use of Social Media
This workshop is aimed at all levels of employees
within State and Local Government. It focuses on the
responsibilities of all employees in the use of social
media both professionally and in their private capaci-

Model Codes of Conduct and Social Media policy
