Use of Titles• All titles are in red and they fade in and out slowly which

could be used to create a sense ofmystery.

• A close up of the sun rising in the background this shows that it is

the beginning of another normal day.

Mise en Scene• Dark room in the morning

when he wakes up shows it is probably winter.

Sound• Exaggerated sound of him loading

the gun shows that he will probably need to use it later on. Along with the close it helps the audience remember he has it.

• The Sound of an alarm going off is how many people start the day so this helps the audience relate to the character.

Camera• Mostly close up and mid shots.• The close ups make the audience focus on the main characters and what

they are saying it also helps them get to know the character better.

• Close up of the clock with the characters reflection in it both to show how early it is and to introduce the character in a mysterious way

• Shot used to establish location
