Training Sessions Needed for Train-the-Trainer Workshop We have a need for the following sessions to be offered at the City of Houston's Learning and Development Center (LDC): Train-The-Trainer workshop Train-The-Trainer workshop will provide your participants the skills to help them deliver engaging and compelling workshops. Skills such as facilitating, needs analyses, and managing tough topics will give trainees what they require to become a trainer. There's a difference between training and learning. Train-the-Trainer workshop will provide advanced techniques to make training materials stand out. The result is engaged participants who are captivated by the synergy between the speaker and the presentation of the material. We have a need for the following sessions to be offered at the City of Houston'sLearning and Development Center (LDC):

Train-The-Trainer workshopTrain-The-Trainer workshop will provide your participants the skills to help them deliverengaging and compelling workshops. Skills such as facilitating, needs analyses, andmanaging tough topics will give trainees what they require to become a trainer.

Course Materials:

• Interactive Instruction• Participant workbook• One-on-one Feedback on Presentation Delivery• Creation of Actual Work Products• Before and after video of mini- lessons

Class Duration:

8-hour session

Submission Requirements: Training proposal must include the three componentsdetailed below. A capability statement will not be considered as a training proposal. Allcomponents must align with the course objectives outlined for this training.

• Course Description: A brief summary of the significant learning experiences forthe course. The course description informs participants about the subject matter,approach and applicability of the course.

• Learning outcomes: A list of statements that describe significant and essentiallearning that participants will achieve and can demonstrate at the end of thecourse,
