We have a need for the following sessions to be offered at the City of Houston'sLearning and Development Center (LDC):
Train-The-Trainer workshopTrain-The-Trainer workshop will provide your participants the skills to help them deliverengaging and compelling workshops. Skills such as facilitating, needs analyses, andmanaging tough topics will give trainees what they require to become a trainer.
There's a difference between training and learning. Train-the-Trainer workshop willprovide advanced techniques to make training materials stand out. The result isengaged participants who are captivated by the synergy between the speaker and thepresentation of the material.

Submission Requirements: Training proposal must include the three componentsdetailed below. A capability statement will not be considered as a training proposal. Allcomponents must align with the course objectives outlined for this training.
• Course Description: A brief summary of the significant learning experiences forthe course. The course description informs participants about the subject matter,approach and applicability of the course.
• Learning outcomes: A list of statements that describe significant and essentiallearning that participants will achieve and can demonstrate at the end of thecourse,
• Training Agenda/Outline: A series or outline of activities for the training course.
