Billing continued…From the Billing Report, you can:

• Click the Export to Excel button to export data to an Excel spreadsheet.

• Click the Account hyperlink to view account information

• Click the Fleet Bill amount to view the web version of the bill for a particular account

• Click the PDF icon to view the Fleet Management Bill for a particular account

• Click the Bill History hyperlink to view all bills for a particular account

• View Maintenance and Fuel charges

• Click the Equipment hyperlink to view the details for a particular vehicle including the last fueling and the next preventive maintenance

• Click the Work Order hyperlink to view the details of that particular work order

• Click the Maintenance History hyperlink to view all Work Orders for a particular vehicle

Billing continued…Clicking the Equipment hyperlink from the web bill, will navigate youto the equipment detail:

• Click the Last Fueling History hyperlink to view the complete fuel history for this piece of equipment

• Click the Next Preventative Maintenance History hyperlink to view all work orders for this piece of equipment, and have the ability to drill down into each individual work order

• Click the Export to Excel button to export data to an Excel spreadsheet.

• View Equipment information including life-to-date fuel and repair costs, and the due date for the next preventative maintenance

• Click the Account hyperlink to view account information

• Click the Equipment hyperlink to view the details for that piece of equipment including the last fueling and the next preventive maintenance

• Hover over the blue information button to view what services are included in each PM type

Vehicle SearchClicking the Vehicle Search hyperlink, will navigate youto the Equipment Search Page:

• Search by Equip #, License Plate #, Year of Vehicle, Make, Model or Class

• The search results, allow for drilling down on the Account and Equipment Number

Fueling continued…From the Fueling Report, you can:

• Click the Export to Excel to export button data to an Excel spreadsheet

• View Last Odometer, Last Fueled Date, Last Fuel Qty and Last Fuel Cost for each vehicle for your accounts

• Click the Account hyperlink to view account information

• Click the Equipment hyperlink to view the details for that piece of equipment including the last fueling and the next preventive maintenance

• Click the Last Fueling History hyperlink to view the complete fuel history for a particular vehicle
