TRAVEL COUNSELLORS SIX YEARS ON... Six years ago we recruited our very first Travel Counsellor in Ireland and since then we have seen the business grow from strength to strength. We now have over 40 Travel Counsellors in our Irish family and have become renowned across the country for our ability to offer consistently high levels of customer service. Take a look at what we’ve been up to over the last 6 years… Technology Our in house Dynamic Packaging System, Phenix, enables our Travel Counsellors to tailor make travel arrangements to suit their customers’ needs. It allows them to manage their own margin and earn more commission, whilst delivering the best possible deal for the customer! Phenix is an incredible selling tool. I love the control it gives me over my bookings and over my margin. It has developed so much over the past few years and I’m excited to see what’s still to come! We now have a vast network of over 1,200 agents between Ireland, the UK, Netherlands, Australia, South Africa and Canada. Our global reputation allows us to negotiate great rates. This gives us excellent bargaining power allowing our Travel Counsellors to offer great value and earn more than when they worked for someone else. After 6 years my business is now well established. My client database has grown and my customers come from all parts of Ireland and all walks of life. I am so proud of what I have achieved including sales of over € 1 million each year for the past few years, I am earning more than I ever imagined. Our annual conference in Ireland is great fun and we also attend our worldwide conference. They are great opportunities to get together with other Travel Counsellors from our global family and swap ideas, socialise, be inspired and get up to date on all the company news – not to mention have a really enjoyable time! I love the conferences; I always get a boost after attending them and every year I learn something new, whether it is from one of the speakers or a fellow Travel Counsellor.
