Welcome to Treasury Banking Suite Secure Browser, a highly secure online banking application.

1. INSTALLATION STEPS – WINDOWS Your welcome package includes the credentials to install Treasury Banking Suite Secure Browser.

You will also need:

•Internetconnection •Administrativeprivilegesonthecomputer

Please close computer applications – a reboot is required for installation.

2. SELECT THE TREASURY BANKING SUITE SECURE BROWSER DOWNLOAD LINK TO BEGIN THE DOWNLOAD.

3. CONFIRM THE GREAT WESTERN BANK TREASURY BANKING SUITE CAN INSTALL FILES AND FOLDERS ON YOUR COMPUTER.

4. FOLLOW THE SETUP WIZARD GUIDE. CLICK NEXT TO PROCEED THROUGH THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. Select Next to continue.

6. ALL FILES AND FOLDERS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. SELECT FINISH.

You will be prompted to restart your workstation.

7. DESKTOP ICON Select the icon on your desktop to begin the

simple registration process.

5. TBS WILL BEGIN INSTALLING ITS FILES AND FOLDERS.

You can confirm the location of the installation files or modify the file location. (You will need administrative access to your computer for some file locations. Please refer to your technologyorITsupportforfurtherinformation.)Ifprompted,confirmthat TBS should be allowed to make changes to the PC.

D. Enter Verification Code received via email or SMS.

A. Enteryouractivationkey,providedbyyour Treasury Management Representative.

*Note: The activation key is tied to your Company/User Profile. A Company ID and User ID will not be required during the log in process.

B. Create a Pin. This will be used to access Treasury Banking Suite for future logins.

C. Request Verification Code. *Note your email address or cell phone number must be entered in your user profile. If an error is received, please contact your Treasury Management Representative.

10. WELCOME TO TREASURY BANKING SUITE SECURE BROWSER Navigation in the secure portal is simple and saves time by eliminating the need to maintain separate

credentials for each online destination.

1. Application Bar –EachopenappwilldisplayatabintheApplicationsBar.TheAppstabisconsidered the home page or landing page where all your permitted apps can be accessed. Select the widget for which app you want to open. To close out of an app, simply click the “x” on the correspondingtab.Toopenanewtab,gototheAppstaborclicktheblanktabandchooseappfrom Destination Bar.

2. Destination Bar –ClickintheDestinationBartonavigatetoyourTreasuryBankingSuiteApps(destinations).AppsarebasedonpermissionsforyourUserID.Eachopenappwilldisplayasanew tab and under the Destination Bar.

3. Minimize, Maximize/Restore, or Exit Buttons – Click one of the three buttons for which function you wish to take. When clicking Exit, the TBS Browser will be closed but will remain running in the background for a faster start up; you will be required to enter your pin when you reopen the browser.

4. Options–ClickOptionstoopenanewtab,zoominoroutofthecurrenttab,print,findsomethingonyourcurrentpage,orcut/copy/pasteinformationonapage.Click“AboutGreatWestern Bank Secure Browser” to find more information on your secure browser.
