movement, training on defensive driving course

and daily journey hazard analysis.

Job hazard analysis shall be performed for all critical

activities during every project; this will be cascaded to

staff in toolbox talks, and job hazard analysis (JHA)

briefings. These will be documented as evidence of

compliance of safety requirements. Daily inspection will

be carried out on all work areas.

All personnel; on the company shall wear appropriate

personal protective equipment (PPE). Safety shoes,

coveralls and hard hats, will be provided to all employees

as a minimum.

Muster points will be located within office, warehouses

and workshops & follow the Emergency rules during the

evacuation for any hazard.

orientation before they commence work

Waste constitute environmental nuisance if not

properly collected, handled and disposed of in an

environmentally safe manner as not to cause

injury/impact negatively on plants, animals and the

environment.

The environmental impact of each activity shall be

routinely monitored and controlled and corrective

action taken as necessary.

All practical measures will be taken to minimize the

generation of waste and to manage and dispose of

unavoidable waste in an environmentally acceptable.

All chemicals shall be transported, stored, used and

disposed of in an environmentally acceptable

manner. All chemicals will be accepted from a

supplier with the appropriate Material Safety Data

Sheet (MSDS).

TFS policy on drugs and alcohol is based on a zero tolerance

rule and strictly enforced during work. The alcohol and drugs

policy is enforced through testing whenever there is a reason

to suspect any TFS personnel is at work under the influence

of either drugs or alcohol.

It is each employee's responsibility to be fit for work.

Employees are strictly prohibited from conducting work or

being present at a site location while under influence of either

alcohol or drugs.

In case of legal drugs that may impair the ability to work,

medical per-approval of work fitness is required.

Specifically:

• Any alcoholic drinks and / or controlled during are

strictly forbidden at either TFS or client sites.

• Anyone found in the possession of such substances

will be immediately removed from site and will face

disciplinary action.

The testing procedures for ensuring that TFS drug and

alcohol policy is followed are:

• Pre-employment testing is applied to ensure

potential employees are not abusing drugs or

alcohol.

• The scope of testing is explained to all applicants

prior to testing.

• The objective of pre-employment testing is to

obtain an independent medically sound judgment

of whether the applicant is fit to work.

• Random testing for drugs or alcohol will be applied

at any time.

• Any employee suspected of working under the

influence of drugs or alcohol will be required to

submit for testing.

In case of confirmation of conformation that

any employee is working or reporting to work

under the influence of drugs or alcohol, will lead

to instant dismissal.
