Teachers in professional learning communities focus on learning by asking:

What do we expect our students to learn?

How will we know when they’ve learned it?

How will we respond when they don’t learn?

How will we respond when they already know it?

“Teaching without learning isn’t teaching at all…it is just presenting.”
