    5. Also, please note that Taxes and duties shall be paid extra againstproduction of documentary evidence. However, in case where bidderspecifies present rate of statutory levy at a lower rate than themaximum of normal tax-structure, any upward variations in statutorylevies upto maximum of applicable rates shall have to be born by thebidder.

    12. STANDARDISATION OF DIMENSIONS OF TOP AND NECK OF 11 KVPIN INSULATOR:-

Please note that now-a-days Company is using preformed ties forbinding conductor with the Pin Insulator instead of conventional method ofbinding by Aluminium binding wire and tape. The design of the preformedties depends upon the dimensions of top and neck of 11 KV Pin Insulator. For proper gripping of the conductor with the help of preformed fittings it hasbecome necessary to standardise the dimensions of the insulator top andneck. Accordingly, a drawing 051-32/CSEB/1 dt.1.9.2001, which indicatesthe standardised dimensions of top and neck of 11 KV Pin Insulator, isenclosed with Tender Specification. This drawing has been approved byREC, New Delhi, therefore, the tenderers are advised to offer materialbased on this drawing.
