Ms. Zula Kropivnitski has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary for the Company since October 11, 2012 and a director of theCompany since October 21, 2015. Zula has served as CFO and Director for various public companies and was instrumental in theirgrowth. Her past roles include; CFO of Lexagene Holdings Inc, CFO of Healthspace, CFO of Abraplata Resource and CFO of ShelbyVentures Inc. Zula has also been a Director of Rockshield Capital Corp. since November 23, 2016 and continues to serve as Controllerof Preakness Management Ltd., a private company. Zula has over 10 years of International experience in the resource sector includingbeing the Controller of  Sacre-Coeur Minerals and African Queen Mines Ltd., and she also served as Senior Accountant to  ManexResource Group and its group of mining exploration companies. During her tenure, she was responsible for all areas of financialreporting, corporate finance and regulatory compliance. Zula has her CGA professional accounting designation and later obtained herACCA designation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She also has Master of Mathematics and Master ofEconomics.

Mr. Chris Cooper has been a director of the Company since January 26, 2016. Chris has extensive experience in seniormanagement of both public and private companies. He has founded several resource companies internationally, as well as,domestically. Mr. Cooper received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY and hisMasters of Business Administration from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY.
