The demand for classrooms are changing:• teaching is changing: teaching staff would like to apply several modes of instruction during one and the same lecture

• there is a growing need for project-group rooms. • the combination of digital AV and ICT enables teaching methods which had not yet been possible.

Classroom of the Future

Test room is realized in the Wim Crouwelzaal (Faculty of Industrial Design)

• Flexibel furniture• Smartboard• Presentation in 4 quadrants Beamers en LCD screens• Video conferencing• Direct registration colleges• Whiteboards• Laptop connections + Software

Collegerama – lecture recording• A service to publish lecture recordings

online• Based on SonicFoundry MediaSite• Redundant High available stream servers• 24/7 anytime anywhere, mobile• 15.000 online, growing 200 p/month • >500.000 visits per year

Digital Examination

• Digital testing involves the use of testing software to conduct online or offline tests on the computer.

• In addition to providing a more extensive range of testing options, this also simplifies the assessment of tests.

• Digital testing systems can be used for testing background knowledge (entrance examinations), student exercises (interim examinations), and exams (final examinations).

Set-up

• 1 central Maple TA server• Secure environment on the PCs• Logistic process• Training of teachers• 7 rooms available, total capacity 724 seats

(biggest room 250 seats)

Online Proctoring

• Offer Proctored Exams Online with Integrity

• After review we selected Remote Proctor NOW
