� TUTTOFOOD 2007 has been the first B2B sectorial fair including a buyer project : 350 operators
invited and hosted
� TUTTOFOOD 2009: 450 buyers
� TUTTOFOOD 2011: 600 hosted buyers
� TUTTOFOOD 2013: 1.143 hosted buyer. First year with EMP system

� It is a special on-line tool enabling to fix B2B meetings between Exhibitors and
Hosted Buyers before the exhibition takes place. In 2013 more than 6.200
prefixed meetings
� Both Exhibitors and Buyers have access to this platform and may request a
meeting
� All TOP buyers are asked to register in the on-line database and give their
detailed profile in order to meet exhibitors on specific requirements.
� Each TOP BUYER will asked to guarantee at least 5 daily meetings
� The charged agents will control the buyers’ activity on EMP

• The ISC project is divided into two parts:
1. Category Market Data analysis - a report that will include all the useful info about the

etc
