HURRICANE RELIEF

Bishop Joseph Tyson is encouraging parishes in the Diocese of Yakima to take up a second

collection on one of the Sundays in September to assist the victims of recent hurricanes in the US, and to provide pas-

toral and rebuilding support to impacted dioceses. We are doing that here in Moses Lake and Warden on this weekend. Those who

RICA – RITO DE INICIACIÓN CRISTIANA PARA ADULTOS

RICA es un proceso por el cual una persona que desea recibir los sacramentos en la Iglesia Católica es ins-truida en la fe Católica y luego recibida como fiel de la Iglesia. Si usted desea ser Católico o conoce alguna persona que tiene esa inquietud puede llamar al minis-terio de formación religiosa de la parroquia. También aquellos adultos mayores de 18 años que ya han sido bautizados pero desean recibir la Sagrada Comunión y el sacramento de la Confirmación pueden participar de este programa. Los cursos de RICA – comienzan en sep-tiembre y se reúnen una vez por semana. Los candidatos y catecúmenos son recibidos en la fe en la vigilia de Pascua.

OUR LADY OF FATIMA 100 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Los fieles, en las condiciones ordinarias de la confesión y de la

comunión, se separan interiormente del pecado y rezan por las

intenciones del Santo Padre: pueden obtener indulgencies ple-

narias durante este año centenario haciendo una peregrinación

en el santuario de Fátima o rezando ante cualquier estatua de

Nuestra Señora de Fátima. La segunda manera se aplica a los

fieles piadosos que visitan con devoción una estatua de Nuestra

Señora de Fátima solemnemente expuesta para la veneración

pública en cualquier iglesia, oratorio o lugar apropiado durante

los días del aniversario de las apariciones. El 13 de cada mes a

partir de Mayo a Octubre, y participar devotamente en alguna

celebración, y oración en honor a la Virgen Maria.

OUR LADY OF FATIMA 100 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

The faithful, under the ordinary conditions — go to confession and

Communion, be interiorly detached from sin, and pray for the intentions of

the Holy Father — can obtain plenary indulgences during this centenary year

by making a pilgrimage at the shrine at Fatima or praying before any statue of

Our Lady of Fatima. The second way applies to “the pious faithful who visit

with devotion a statue of Our Lady of Fatima solemnly exposed for public

veneration in any church, oratory or proper place during the days of the

anniversary of the apparitions, the 13th of each month from May to October

(2017), and there devoutly participate in some celebration or prayer in honor

of the Virgin Mary.”

Parents who want to fully enter the Church, to bet-ter teach and guide their child in the faith

The RCIA program presents an opportunity for inter-ested adults to grow in their faith by becoming more familiar with, and more knowledgeable about the Catholic faith. It is an informal program that allows your personal faith challenges to be raised and ad-dressed. If you choose to remain in the program, which runs from September until Easter, you will re-ceive the Sacraments, becoming fully initiated into the Catholic faith! QUEEN OF ALL SAINTS PARISH

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

Every child attending religious education,

Confirmation, Quinceañera classes or youth group

(K-12 grade) at Queen of All Saints Parish MUST be

registered before attending any classes.

Registrations

Every Wednesday in September from 4pm to 5pm.

Registration Tuition:

K-7 grade: $50 for 1st child or $100 per family

Confirmation Fee: $100 per student

Quinceañera Class Fee: $45 per student

Tuition is due at registration time unless other

arrangements have been done.

Please bring your child’s baptismal certificate at the time of

registration.

El Obispo Joseph Tyson está animando a las parroquias de la Diócesis de Yakima a tomar una segunda
