Informe 21 Conferencia internacional anual EFVET 2012 (www.efvet.org)
Mallorca, del 24 al 27 de octubre de 2012 El sistema de transferencia de créditos – ECVET- y El nuevo programa de aprendizaje p e r m a n e n t e E r a s m u s f o r a l l 2 0 1 4 - 2 0 2 0 (The drive toward European Credit Transfer within Vocational Education and Training (ECVET) and the new LLP programme ’Erasmus for All’ 2014 - 2020) Participación: - Alrededor de 200 delegados procedentes de instituciones de FP de 16 países miembros de la UE
(UK, IRL, SW, DK, FL, ES, FR, IT, DE, NL, Chipre, Lituania, ESK, Romania) y otros (Hong Kong, Noruega, Montenegro, Rusia, Azerbaijan, el reinado de Bahrain y la Comisión Europea)
- Anabel Menica por parte de HETEL - Sergio Fidalgo, Iker Orueta y Antonio Gil de Gómez por parte de IKASLAN Gipuzkoa - Mari Jose Irastorza y Paloma Enríquez por parte de CEBANC - CDEA Objetivos de la participación de HETEL: - Obtener información sobre los avances en el terreno de la FP a nivel europeo - Promocionar a la Asociación y sus centros en Europa. - Establecer contactos con centros de FP europeos que puedan acoger a nuestros alumnos en
prácticas de cara a las solicitudes de proyectos de movilidad a la convocatoria Erasmus 2013 y negociar con socios actuales el abaratamiento del servicio de búsqueda de prácticas para nuestros alumnos sin curso de idioma.
- Informar a centros de FP europeos que estamos dispuestos a acoger alumnado. - Interesarnos como posibles socios de otro tipo de proyectos (proyectos de transferencia de
innovación, intercambio y formación del profesorado) - Participar en la Asamblea General del EFVET, ya que somos miembros del Foro Europeo - Participación en los aspectos más cualitativos de la Asamblea General del EfVET Todo ello teniendo en cuenta que: EFVET (European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training) es el “Foro Europeo de Educación y Formación técnico profesional ... para el desarrollo económico y social en la Sociedad Red” y es: 1.- Una plataforma de aprendizaje: - Una manera de establecer relaciones para sus miembros (networking) con objeto de desarrollar,
intercambiar y diseminar buenas prácticas a través de : o La Conferencia internacional anual o Los contenidos que ofrece la página web, remodelada: http://www.efvet.org o La Newsletter (bimestral) o Proyectos europeos conjuntos o Oficina en Bruselas para el uso de sus miembros o Cooperación con CEDEFOP para mejorar los servicios de información / conocimiento para
los miembros del Foro y ayudar en la generación de conocimiento sobre la Formación Profesional
2.- La voz de los agentes del terreno de la Formación Técnico Profesional (practitioners) - Un socio para los gobiernos nacionales y la UE de cara al desarrollo de buenas prácticas de
formación permanente (Lifelong Learning) - Cooperación con EVTA (European Vocational Training Association), EAEA (European Association of
Adult Education), European Youth Forum etc, y componente de la plataforma EUCIS LLL (ONGs relacionadas con el aprendizaje a lo largo de toda la vida, actual Presidente Jean Marc Roirant) a quien se le realizan consultas o se le solicita participación en actividades a nivel de la UE
- Comparte información sobre FP con los miembros del Parlamento Europeo 3.- Una vía de cooperación internacional - Miembro fundador de la Federación Mundial de Asociaciones de Colleges y Politécnicos (World
Federation of Associations of Colleges and Polytechnics) http://www.worldcolleges.org - Cooperación con Rusia, Canadá, etc - Intercambio de información con IVETA (International Vocational Training Association)

The main points are:
• maximum access to lifelong learning by enabling people to learn throughout life,
