Why DWDM?
Dense wavelength division multiplexingpermits rapid network deployment andsignificant network cost reduction.

DWDM combines multiple optical input signals to amplifythem as a group and transport them on a single fiber.
DWDM can do all this while maintaining performance,reliability and robustness.

How does DWDM work ?
DWDM works by combining and transmittingmultiple signals simultaneously at differentwavelengths on the same fiber. In effect, onefiber is transformed into multiple virtual fibers.
