Recognition of fans by football authoritiesa. Changing “fans for football” to
“football for fans”;

and WHAT to DO for THEM
Broken the “ugly boys” stereotypea. Killing “black side” of the fans’ portrait;

New level of football infrastructurea. Modern stadiums;

Upgrading of connections between cities (countries)
a. Lviv – Donetsk. 1200 km., 27 hrs., 1 train max= 1000 people. + 2 flights a week;
b. 2-5 hrs. of waiting on the border; c. Narrow and slow traffic.

c. Buzz and disco advantages in UA;
d. Magical prices.
FEARS:
1. Their expectations – our fears;
2. Irregular understanding of tasks by national authorities and disability to solve them;
3. Implementing new unneeded rules;
4. Fans discrimination.

Implementing new unneeded rules:
a. Stupid ideas for making money (Ghost-projects, one-day projects);
b. Inconvenient rules for reducing policing tasks
Fans discrimination:
a. Different police’s approach to fans;b. Problems of ordering places in bars;c. Higher price for foreign fans in private
services (taxi, guides…)
