Welcome to MSI Online.

This reference guide will help familiarize you with MSI Onlineand should enable you to take advantage of the features ofthe system.

Since we continuously update and improve MSI Online, therewill be periodic changes to this guide.

Overview

MSI is an independent provider of international mail services andis not tied to any specific postal administration. Instead, MSI hasdeveloped its own complex network of service providers around the world to assure fast, reliable and cost effective delivery of your mail.

MSI Online is a unique web based system the can provide real timeaccess to important information for MSI customers. While its corefunction is to provide real time individual client or departmental chargeback reconciliation, it has many other valuable features.

Customers can also print waybill online, order supplies, or access afull menu of mail management reports. Perhaps most important, the system can be fully integrated with any client application and customizedto nearly any requirements you may have.

With MSI Online, full control of your mail management informationis only a few clicks away.

Introduction

MSI Online can beaccessed at the following link:www.ukanalogistics.com

Enter your username& password whenprompt.Your home page will appear upon correct login.

The user navigates MSI Online by selectingoptions from the headerbar.

From the home page the user can createBills of Lading (BOL),run various reports,download invoices andview daily mail activity.

Reference field info to be displayed on the invoice

MSI Online is dynamic. The user has the optionto calculate individual piece weight, or the totalshipment weight.

Charge back information is customized to fit each client’sneeds. Up to four fields can beadded. MSI pre-loads eachclient’s information when the account is created.

Line items are displayed as they are entered. Cost for each job displayed on the fly.

Once job is completed, just click on “Close & Send”

Electronic Invoices

Test Account All Invoices are displayedin the system as they become available. By clicking on the invoicenumber, each invoice willbe displayed in a PDFformat.

MSI Invoices aresimple and straightforward.

Invoices for Publicationsinclude a snapshot of thepublication and a countrydistribution list for eachtitle.

Reports

All reports can be runby BOL range, date sequence or by specific cost center.

Reports are alsoavailable in Excel as default or it can beprovided in the formatrequested by theclient.

Cost Center Summary ReportThis provides mail costs and can create invoices for each cost center. All mail activity is grouped by primary cost center.

If no cost center is recorded, the billing reference number will be used and costs with that identifier are included in the report.

USPS Report Calculates costs using standard USPS rates, and can be an excellent tool for cost comparison.

BOL Summary Report This report displays mail costs grouped by BOL. Use this report to see all mail activity or filter the report by specific cost center

Mark-up Report This is a summary of recorded costs for each cost center and can provide mark-up information. (For example, a mark-up of 10% on a $57 line item would result in a new total of $62.70)
