The KIC model: A business logic

independent legal entity, gathering partnersfrom across the knowledge triangle basedon a contractual partnership with the EIT.
Long-term strategic approach: each KIC isset up for a minimum of 7 years toeventually become sustainable.
Autonomy and flexibility: to determineorganisational structure and activitiesgoverned by a Board of KIC partnerorganisations.
